I expect this Visitor Information Centre was great as most are in this part of the world but too bad it was not open on a Sunday when visitors are around.

The staff were friendly and helpful. It is a shame that aren't in their normal building but they were stil able to offer helpful, local advice.

Very helpful information center with some great curios. Book in advance to secure a free bike to ride through town. Free drinking water refill point. If we knew Hay was this nice we would have planned to stay longer!

Shame that the information centre wasn’t open on Sunday but just about everything in town was.
The centre had really clean toilets and you could have a shower for $2. Great if you were free camping. The was a tap close enough to fill your van and a water fountain as well.

Friendly assistant, very easy to hire to bikes and good direction to the nearby riverside trail. Perfect place to stop for an hour or two!

You could not ask for more friendly staff. They really know their district and are very helpful with information from walking tracks to all the main attractions.
