We did attempt to reach Trish by 2 mobile calls and 1 sms message, between 2.15 and 2.40 to which we had nil response. We were seeking to clarify with Trish her appointment start time. I feel the word 'Abuse' is overstated and I am mystified as to how and when we progressed from an 'abusive situation' to a 'discussion on "Asians in Australia", all within the space of 2 mins. Yes, the Spa employs 2 wonderful therapists, one from Korea and one from Bali. In fact, one of these therapists and I have an exchange that goes...this is my DREAM job and my response is - you are my DREAM therapist! If Trish is served by asserting character assinations after a 2 minute exchange, then so be it. Thought for today - Always move towards Truth.

It is stated clearly in our Spa Brochure and on our website, that you need to advise when making your booking if you wish to receive a health fund receipt. As you failed to advise this and only asked after the treatment we were unable to provide you with such, as the therapist is not a health fund provider. The very next week 2 clients came for a drive from an hour north for a return visit, as they felt it was worth making the drive to come back again. The same therapist you had, was one of the therapist they felt it was worth returning for. You can't please all of the people all of the time......but we do make our best effort.
