Hi, Yes it is, there is also a lift up to upper level where you can view the exhibits from above, you will how ever have to get an assistant to help with locked inner door of the complex. As it's set out on a lower level and designed for people to use stairs to the upper level and then it leads out through one way glass doors, but for wheel chairs the assistants there can open the door from the locked side if so desire to view the exhibits from above as well. There are no regular air displays at Nowra sadly, but on-going flying activity occurs most weekdays and occasionally on weekends.

The entry fee is $10 unless you have a military id card then it's free. It really is worth the admission as there are some of the best preserved aircraft and other memorabilia any where in the country. They also have a great shop and a recently reopened restaurant.

Very Flat and easy to get around with a Walker.
