Another beautiful beach area of Yamba
I liked the man-made rockpool next to the beach ( great for kids & doing quick lapse )
You get some panoramic views overlooking Yamba Beach , from Pilot Hill ( where Yamba Lighthouse stands )

Of course the water was cold in August, don't need a rocket scientist to explain that! But on a beautiful sunny & calm day it looked too perfect not to have a dip and after 7 or so hours driving it was a great relief & relaxer before a lunch break. I had the beach to myself and the choice of the sea pool or the open waters, so headed out to the breakers. Parking would be at a premium in busy periods but a pretty good beach and a top spot with plenty of shaded areas on the hot days to hide from old man sol.

I visited this beach with some friends. There was a little spot where people could swim. The facilities were good. It can be an option to spend summer near the water

A walk along the breakwall at dusk gives you amazing views of the beach and surf. Even more amazing when the moon is rising at the same time.

Há praia é bonita, mas nada de muito exuberante. Há praias mais bonitas na Austrália. Porém é um lugar super sossegado e pode ser uma boa opção se você procura um refugio. Não é um local tão turístico. Há uma piscina a beira mar, e um farol no alto do morro.

rubbish beach you have really no where to place the towels on dry sand with the tides,
would be good for young children on low tide and when patrolled by life guards.
there is a nice rock pool beside the beach.
very limited paking spaces you more then likley willneed to park at the top of the hilll and walk down.
