Cool experience, but very pricey for a minute!

Bought 2 flights for my nephew for his birthday. Sign in and they try to upcharge you. Initially I said no thanks because it was already very expensive and wasn’t sure if he’d like it or not. We were early and they were way behind so we watched a lot of flights before he got to go. I noticed not everyone got to actually fly up. That’s where that upcharge was. For an extra $20 per flight, you got to fly with the instructor. I got for one flight, again not sure he’d like it. Most of the instructors were really good. Some not so much. Thankfully my nephew got a good one. But it’s a very expensive minute and the extra $20 gets you 2 lifts into the air. Cool experience, but would say one and done because it’s too pricey. His appointment was at 4:30 and we didn’t get out of there until almost 7 because they were so behind. Poor scheduling.

Great Fun - Even for a 70 year old

I received a gift certificate from our kids to try Ifly. It was GREAT. Wonderful, enthusiastic staff, safe, clean, and wow, what a rush. It's more difficult and physical than it looks, but even a senior gal could enjoy the experience. Try it!!! If it were closer and less expensive, "flying" could become an addiction.

Go high!!!
Had a blast!! Today was my 2nd time, but first for my husband and my dad. The staff is great-shout out to our instructor Brian who was fantastic!! Brian makes you feel really comfortable and was very encouraging. YOU HAVE TO GO HIGH-that’s the BEST part!! Soooo much fun soaring up high and coming down. Don’t worry if you are afraid of heights-it’s not like that at all. My husband hates heights and free falling which is why he didn’t do it the 1st time I went. You don’t get a free fall feeling in the pit of your stomach and no issue with height.

The staff is excellent. I had a really great time, pay the extra to go higher you won't be sorry. I booked online and had no troubles at all. I don't live close enough to do again and a little expensive, but worth it.

No communication - they do not let you cancel

I have been trying to reschedule my flight for 4 days now. A family member had a stroke and I wanted to reschedule. I paid $200 and Ifly does not have the decency to return any of my voicemails (5+) or emails (5+). On the site it says you must reschedule 48hrs in advance. How are you supposed to do that if nobody calls you back or answers the phone during regular business hours!?!?! What a waste of time and energy. Certainly not a way to run a business. Horrible customer service. Totally disappointed.

Deplorable Experience!

Is there a zero star?!?!
After calling to update that we we’re running a few minutes late, they were ok with it. But when we arrived they would NOT allow us to fly, all because they saw our dress code, making us an east target of religious discrimination. Kim, the alleged regional manager and Sean, the manager showed blatant bigoted behavior towards us. Another family showed up at 5:13, the same 4 minutes late and was allowed in. Do not patronize and condone such disgusting behavior. No excuse.

Phenomenal experience

My family and I loved our experience at the IFLY King of Prussia. This is our family's second time coming. It was my 3 year old son's first time and even he enjoyed it. This was a phenomenal birthday gift for my daughter & son. The staff was very professional, courteous and made us feel very comfortable. The skydiving instructor Cameron did an amazing job with our group. We'll absolutely be coming back very soon!

What a great time we had!
This was a totally new experience for my daughters and I and I am telling you, it was very well worth the trip, driving there on such a very stormy night in order to honor our prepaid ordered ticket date.
This experience was one of several birthday gifts from my girls and I’m telling you, they nailed it. I just turned 50 and I felt like I was in my 20’s all over again!
Our guide was amazing, the facility was clean, and the flow was very organized. And, it’s so funny that even with all of the other people that were there enjoying their flight experiences as well, we were never made to feel rushed or “just part of the crowd”. We will definitely be going back again. Our experience was back in March of 2019 but I never saw this survey to review until just now as I am cleaning out my spam emails (I’m not so very techno savvy, LOL!!)
Anyone looking for something special and different to do, do yourself a favor and definitely experience the iFly experience!! It’s amazing!!

Awesome Fun and Experience

Today my husband, daughter ( age 14) and I went to IFLY in King of Prussia. It was our first time there and so much fun! Our instructor was Yahmahn Clark, he was great, very friendly and made our experience awesome. I was a little hesitant to do the "high fly experience" because I'm afraid of heights, but after my husband and daughter did it, I decide to as well. It was awesome!! You don't even notice the height because it's so much fun. It is definitely worth the extra few bucks for the "high fly experience". We are definitely going back. Also, it was my birthday and I didn't tell them, but since your birthdate is on the registration form, the staff must have noticed. To my surprise, while I was flying a "Happy Birthday" flashed on the screen. It was a really sweet surprise and put a smile on my face! This a must-try experience and our new addiction! Thank you KOP IFLY Staff for the great fun!
