Very Fun! Birthday group of young teens/pre-teens. Only snag was telegraph machine not working no matter what we or the gamemaster tried, but everything else worked smooth as silk. Especially enjoyed getting the pump system up and running - had a bit of a telephone game going on!

This was our first time doing an escape room and it was okay. We did the Candy room and while the room was pretty cool and the kids had fun trying to solve the puzzle, we ran into several technical issues with the room.
1) There were doors that opened to other rooms but there was no sign on the door to not shut them behind you. My daughter accidentally shut one of the doors and they had to come unlock the door which cost us time and they did not add the time back to the clock. A simple sign on the door would have prevented that.
2) Several of the games didn't seem to be working right and took a long time.
3) One of the lights didn't work for the clue we needed to complete so we were not able to solve the room.
When we said something about it we were told "The rooms can be grumpy" and the room we chose was the worst. Maybe saying something in advance to your customers would have been helpful to prevent wasting time. All they did was give us a 10% coupon for another escape room. For $150 I expect that the room will work right and that the people running the rooms would be more forthcoming with any potential issues.

We have been to many escape rooms and we decided to go here because it is near the mall. The game master didn’t actually follow our game. It took 10 minutes to get a clue and when he finally provided the clue it was something that we already did. During the waiting , we were basically stuck and did nothing .

went there for a birthday party and was super fun! our game master was alex, sorry if i spelled it wrong! we got help when we needed it, and it was super fun!!

This place was really fun. My husband brought me here a fun day date. We had a great time trying to figure out the mystery. Although we were a group of two, their escape rooms can accommodate up to 10 people (I think). Overall, we had a great time. The mystery master was super helpful and took our photos once we won. Would definitely come back again.
