Best mall in bucks county area.It stinks that the disney store shut down ,but there is still plenty to do like bulid-a-bear &color me mine

Today went to the mall and we left as soon as we can becos there were so many people not wearing masks I can’t believe the mall is not being careful with that, it is so dangerous

Good Variety of stores. Two level mall with a food court. Two anchor stores are empty but Macys and Penneys are both convenient.

I used to frequent this mall many years ago but never go there anymore as there are stores that closed years ago and nothing opened in that spot. The stores that are still there are not high end and I don't have a desire to shop at any of them

Visited after almost 10 years. I will consider this a mall for the locals. Since I live in Philadelphia is not worth the drive. Stores that you can fin in most shopping centers. Not to many options in the food court. So if you happens to drive by keep driving.

Oxford Valley Mall at one time was the place to go. Now, like many large shopping malls, it has seen better days. The many of the big shops have closed their doors, fallen to the surge of on line shopping.

Do not patronize the shops in this mall! This mall is a maelstrom of rudeness and sadness. Merely being in mall makes people intensely unhappy. Isn’t that odd - a facility filled with shiny stores and attractive goods. Shouldn’t it be a place of happiness?
In particular, avoid like the plague the Hot Topic store on mall’s second level. Its staff and managers treated MrManners01 very ... rudely. Avoid mall in general and Hot Topic store in particular. Parents, DO NOT let your innocent, vulnerable children go near this store! This is sound advice, earned by hard experience, from MrManners01. Ignore it at your peril.

The shop manager Andi was extremely rude and unprofessional. I brought my daughter there to try on prom gowns and before we went to try them on she said sorry but you needed to make an appointment. Then she asked" well how serious are you about buying a dress today?" and she also added " you should have looked on the WEB because it states you need an appointment". She removed the "ballroom dress" that my daughter wanted to try on and put it back. Then tried to give it back to try on after I told her that I work in surgery and cannot make appointments. I have never been so insulted. I remained at the store because my daughter really wanted a dress and we ended up purchasing one. I would recommend that you do not shop there when Andi is working. She should not be employed there. A huge deterrent to shop there again Even another mother stated that she thought she was rude during my visit. She was the rudest customer representative I have ever encountered. I didn't even want to spend my money there. I have plenty of money and can shop anywhere. Perhaps because I was not in my business attire I appeared not in the affluent category. Very judgmental to say the least. I looked to poor to afford a dress there. Horrible experience.
