My husband and I have been taking our 13 grandchildren to the Pantos for the past several years (excluding during the Covid lockdown). We have always enjoyed the day immensely. Sadly, I cannot say the same for this years' production of "Alice in Wonderland" The actor who played Alice was just wonderful! as were most of the cast. However, the actor who played the Cheshire Cat needs to take acting lessons. That person just stood there reciting lines that were hardly heard and had absolutely no animation whatsoever. (Should have paid more attention to the acting and less attention to the platform shoes.) The lights were too abrasive, the music during The Tea Party was just too loud and the two flowers, who had most of the one liner jokes, were so busy screeching....you just lost the humor of the jokes. I do not think we will be returning to the Pantos. $600.00 is just too much money to spend and not be satisfied. Sorry to the rest of the cast who truly performed like professionals.

PLT used to be a classy place that put on great performances. They have lost their class and the content is getting trashier and trashier. If your looking for drag queens or 10 minute rants about anal sex, among other things, this your place.

This was a school class trip for elementary and middle school. No one said that there would be Drag Queens or that the kids would have to be masked!

We feel very fortunate to live close to People's Light Theater. We really enjoy their unique performances and also enjoy dining at the Bistro before the show. We go several times a year and highly recommend them:)

On Aug 18 my wife and I went to the People's Light and Theater Company playhouse to see the Thornton Wilder play "Our Town". Given our constraints coming from Maryland we went to the 2PM mid-afternoon showing and we purchased the tickets with their brunch package. Our tickets included brunch at their Farmhouse Bistro. The meal was excellent, very filling and the price with the play tickets was, in my opinion, very reasonable. The play was outstanding, a unique performance. Note that "Our Town" is one of my favorite plays and I've seen it perhaps 6 times over the years, this production was unique. I've seen another play here about a year ago and it too was excellent. I highly recommend the PLTC.

People's Light has two theaters and offers high level theatrical productions that are quite impressive. I wish I lived closer I would definitely make it a point of checking out their shows more often!

Three of us went to see Cinderella (a panto). What a fun time! Great play and a fun venue. We had such a lovely time that the 2 of us that live in the area pre-purchased tickets for 3 more plays to enjoy in 2019. Plenty of parking is a huge bonus!

Recently saw "sweat" great show and great performance!! Small local theater. Small stage with seating. Easy viewing. Seats somewhat uncomfortable yet ok. Restrooms clean and plenty. Small snack bar with alcoholic and nonalcoholic options. Easy and ample parking. Nice to have a local theater in the area.

We recently saw the play " Sweat". It was so well done. The intimate setting makes you feel part of the play. The set was well done, the actors were all perfectly cast. We can't wait to go another performance.
