Restrooms well kept and clean.
Roads were easy to drive on, no potholes.
Had fun relaxing by the lake and hiking through the woods.
Wasn't very crowded which was nice

We spent the afternoon at the Parker Dam State Park while visiting the Pennsylvania Wilds. We enjoyed watching the families using the beach and swimming area. There are several hiking trails in good repair. We walked on the Beaver Trail which is mostly level. We also toured the campground which seemed clean and well maintained. Finally we enjoyed a picnic in one of the many shelters.

Offers a picnic area, camping and cabin rentals. Features a dam-formed lake for swimming and boating. (boat rentals seasonally), hiking trails and a small museum on its CCC history.. Offers ranger led programs and hikes on varying topics. Suggest looking at website for current information. Campsites, picnic pavilions, cabins can be reserved. Again, check out website for information. PA residents get a discount.

Although the park itself is very beautiful, the trailer and RV sites are small and hard to maneuver. The lake is small. We didn't bother to put our kayaks in. Day use, or tent camping is probably better.

Although we didn't use they have a very nice beach. There were quite a few people. Very beautiful grounds. Nice day to relax

We take our RV over to Parker Dam every year. We are locals so it's convenient for us

Loved staying here during the fall. It’s beautiful, quiet, and peaceful. They have hiking trails around the area if you’re an avid hiker or just want to take a walk out to enjoy nature. We stayed for four days in one of the rustic cabins. They are heated if you don’t want to bother with the fire place and the beds are fairly comfortable. You have your own bath house assigned to your cabin with a key, so it’s basically like having your own bathroom that’s outside your cabin. The bathrooms are pretty clean too and heated. All in all, it’s a great place for a little “get away.”

Parker Dam is a nice state park and Dam. Great nature areas and picnic areas. Stopped by this park and others our way to Foliage festival in Renovo.
