Our guide left us alone until we asked for help, and then asked pointed questions to guide our problem solving rather than provided answers. We separated, working on different aspects of the room simultaneously, which kept the excitement alive without overwhelming us. We had a great time and escaped just in time.

My family and I do escape rooms often. We have 2 teen boys and sometime their girlfriends come. This escape room is great! Puzzles are fun and the staff is great. We like their rooms since you can have a group of 6 and everyone can look around and try to solve puzzles. Some rooms we've been in makes you do one puzzle at a time to get to the next but this is NOT like this. It allows a larger group work thru different puzzles. No one is standing around while others are trying to solve. Their rooms are very fun!

We went for a girls weekend with 7 of us and it was awesome! I was worried about having so many people working on the clues but it worked out really well! It wasn't chaotic and when we got stuck on a clue, someone else tried to work on it and having so many different brains helped solve it.

My son and I had a great time - requires a good amount of team work. Would it had been more fun with more people - without question. But, regardless it will be a day trip soon not forgotten.

Had a great time doing the Kidnapping room with Cody H! Was definitely a challenge, though, and I wish we could've escaped without hints. Also, the dry erase marker definitely needs replaced!

Nico and I have gone to breakout games in Dormont twice now and both times were very fun. The employees are very helpful and are actually interested in their job. They are super helpful and attentive when you have a young child with you and explain how the game works very well. We will definitely be back!

We had a blast! We had all done an escape room before, but this one was really fun and challenging! We did Hostage. What a fun experience!

My sister thought this would be a good "sisters" activity at Christmas time. I was a bit reluctant, to say the least. So the three sisters (60, 61 & 63) and one niece (17)went. Boy was I wrong! We got into the room and BAM! we got into the game. Even my teen niece (who helped us read the little print) jammed around solving the lock puzzles. While we needed some clues and didn't beat it, we had an absolute blast. The hour goes by so fast. (Curse you, countdown clock!)
I think given the space, this is a good activity for 4, maybe 5 participants.
