We stopped by on a Saturday afternoon, it wasn’t crowded but there was a nice crowd. We sat at the bar where a knowledgeable bartender helped us with drinks. Beers were good and my wife said the said the cider was also good. We split a Cuban sandwich with chips. Sandwich was good but I would have expected more than store bought chips this is a nice place, more restaurant than brewery I think.

First visit. Wait staff was very friendly but not in the way. I had the grilled cheese waffle sandwich and their pilsner beer. Very good, very unique building as we sat next the old safe. Want to go back for the pizza/

Friendly staff, good beer and great pizza. They often have live jazz played at a low volume. We usually enjoy trying beers at the bar, but recently opted for dinner (excellent pork belly sandwich) in a cozy room. Great experience.

Good beer and great pizza - live music was fun. Music started at 7 pm. We sat inside but they have a nice patio for outdoor seating. Lively but not so loud we could not talk to each other. Even though it was Friday night we were able to find street parking within one block of the restaurant. Do NOT park in the convenience store lot across the street as they will tow. We will definitely be back.

Extra points for the ambiance of being in an old bank. Very cool building to have a few beers. The selection of beers is limited to their production, so have a gander at what they have before you go. The food is solid, especially their burger. The roasted buffalo cauliflower is surprisingly good. I do wish they had a fryer though, as some wings or fries with a few cold beers is hard to beat, but you can't have it here.

Absolutely order a full beer flight so you can experience a little bit of everything. The menu is really fun - we recommend the grilled cheese waffles, the chicken sandwich, or any of the pizzas. Great atmosphere.

Everything about the Vault is great (food, service, beer). Love the chicken sandwich, buffalo cauliflower, pretzel braid with beer cheese, brown sugar buffalo pizza, pork belly fries, and kids pizza (not on the menu but you can ask for it... it's what my kids get every time. It's just a traditional brick oven cheese pizza).

Each time I visit up here I make a trip
to the Vault to eat my favorite food, sip some great beer and enjoy the patio. The food was on point as usual except my daughter ordered a new item, French onion soup. It did not taste anything like a normal French onion soup. We alerted our waiter ( who was charming) and took it away , but neglected to remove it from our bill. Not so charming. Overall good but staff needs a bit more training.

Had a wonderful lunch here with my honey. I had the Cuban sandwich which was excellent along with a breakfast stout that was creamy and delicious. My wife had the brisket sandwich which, while messy, was tender and served on a great roll. I also sample the Belgian blonde beer that was excellent !

Did I say an excellent IPA? I loved it. The type of pizza we chose was different, to say the least. I must say that the staff outdid themselves in their efforts to accommodate my wife, who is in a wheelchair.

Never been on a Friday evening but would imagine it is quite crowded; excellent for your age group !
