Stopped in here with a large group of riders, the staff did not even blink an eye just made us feel welcome. I would give it 5 stars except it was a little pricey but I am cheap. Large selection of chocolates and all I tried were great, they even have sugar free chocolates. When you go park in back on street parking can be a little crowded.

Local chocolate shop that makes their own confections on site. A couple of blocks off the main streets, you should spend the couple of minutes to get here. Though Kilwins is on the main street, and has very good products, try local.

Wonderful homemade chocolates and so many to choose from. You have to get a peanut butter cup!! My husband liked their saltwater taffy.

My wife and I stood in line to buy a box of chocolates. We waited in line behind everyone else who was picking their individual pieces of chocolate. Then, while at the register, two different cashiers decided to take payment from people who were behind us. There we were, cash and chocolate in hand, and we were skipped over for people behind us 3 times. After waiting 10 minutes at the register for someone to acknowledge we were there, we finally put our chocolate down and left. I’m sure the chocolates are good, based on the online reviews, but the service is absolutely horrible. No “hello,” no “how can I help you,” no anything. Three employees working the front counter and not a one of them had any awareness of who was next in line.

We visited this shop on the recommendation of our horse and buggy driver who advised that Tom Hank’s chocolate was bought from this store for the movie Forest Gump. Being familiar with movie, we thought we would see some memorabilia in the store but there was nothing. We were the only customers in the store during our visit and the staff could not have been more disinterested in our presence and seemed to care less if we bought anything or not. We had to keep asking for help and assistance.
We found the prices expensive and did not buy any pre-packed items. On a positive note the store is clean and offers a large selection of choices. We all (5) picked out a piece of chocolate from the display case and none of us thought this chocolate was better than anything we have ever had before. I would not go out of your way to visit this chocolate store.

We had to check out this shop, as it is reportedly linked to the film Forest Gump. It was cute and clean with very nice staff. I got a caramel covered marshmallow which looked fabulous! The caramel was overly sweet and grainy. Hubby bought a very large caramel, chocolate/nut cluster but alas, it was too big/thick and difficult to bite. Think we'll keep looking.

This place is a real treat; friendly and accommodating staff offering up a large selection of quality chocolate (and other delectables) from which to choose.

What a lovely shop with an impressive selection of chocolate and other candies. The staff was very friendly and everything we bought was incredibly tasty. There were a lot of people that were buying large quantities of candy and smiling the whole time while doing it!

Being chocolate lovers isn’t a sin is it? Well we died and went to heaven. Because we mentioned caming after our Southurn Rose historic carriage , we received free milk and dark chocolate sand dollars. We devoured them so delicious. This is the chocolate Tom Hanks wanted for the movie Forest Gump which was filmed in Beaufort. Tom’s wife loves it so much that whenever he’s in the area he stops and gets her a box cuz you “never know what you’re gonna get “ good chocolate isn’t available in Cali.

YUMMY! Forrest Gump sent us and he knows good chocolate. So much variety. Plus we got a free chocolate because we took the sea island carriage tour.

It;s a small but booming operation. They have lots of big windows looking into the chocolates making process. You can observe the operations while you shop.
