I had a Groupon for a 60 minute Quick Fix (30 min facial and 30 min massage). Victor was 5 min late to meet me in the waiting room, never introduced himself and finished 12 minutes early. The total treatment lasted less than 45 minutes and felt rushed the whole time. The massage was lovely but the facial was just formulaic; he never asked skin concerns, sensitivities etc.

I visited The Hideaway Spa and got a 80 minute massage/facial with Victor. He was amazing! Worked the areas were I needed help on the most. I feel great! By the way, my first facial, and it was a total success as well! Definitely going back! Excellent!!!👏🏻

Victor gives a very professional massage. I will definitely use his services monthly. I am a local on Hilton Head Island and it is worth the 20 minute drive.

We are locals and I am a repeat customer! We love Victor! He has magic hands and is the best in the area! You can book him on line. I have found that he is prompt at returning texts but give him 24 hours. He's very busy and will not return texts while he's in sessions. I'm a symphony player in the area so he knows how to handle tired muscles and I give him a work out and he never fails to get my knots untied! Love you Victor and can't wait to see your new location!

I had the same experience as the groupon customer. I had a question that was texted as was the preferred method the business owner requested customers use to receive a prompt response.i did not receive a reply. It looks like the business has gone on an extended vacation right after offering groupons and living socials during the holiday season. Many people probably purchased these as I did with the intent of giving them as a gift.Not Cool

I purchased a Groupon massage for The Hideaway. I went to the website to contact them, and it said," Text messages and emails are preferable. Phone messages are rarely returned promptly, if at all." I emailed twice and never received a response. In addition, the hours are Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 9-4. These hours are extremely unaccomodating for those that work. Had I known this, I never would have purchased the massage in the first place. I would have also greatly appreciated a return phone call.

I have been to Victor many times and although the location may seem odd to some it is very quiet and relaxing. Victor custom tailors your session to your needs and always hits the spot perfectly. His products are top of the line and I have never been disappointed. I would highly recommend Hideaway.
His hours are limited to Mon-Fri and say only but you can go online to book what works best for you. very convenient!

Looking to unwind before a vacation? Try the Hideaway Spa at Belfair in Bluffton, SC just west of Hilton Head Island. It's the best for your money, whether you are looking for just a massage or combo massage/facial. We have become repeat customers and highly recommend this spa for your relaxing pleasure.

Victor provides a great service and good value for the money. I've been to several massage services in the Hilton Head area, and The Hideaway is by far the best for a quality massage or facial. Victor is especially good at listening to the type of massage I prefer as well as any muscle or joint issues that he can focus on. My goal is relaxation, stress reduction, and almost a substitute for a chiropractor.
