Enjoyed interacting with all the cats. There were about 12 cats there. Good drinks included with our hour stay, coffee and hot chocolate!

It was closed despite voicemail and website saying it would be open. We were really disappointed about that.

They let me come in early and when the actual time came I actually had the place to myself! The cats were lovely! I enjoyed the free nonalcoholic beverage and the kitty toys to use with the cats. A handful of them were quick to interact with me. Pretzel hung out with me alot, and then just ten minutes before I had to leave, Hershey, a young kitten decided to crawl on my lap and cuddle up! It made it very difficult for me to leave! I would definitely come back with my daughter! One suggestion. Provide easier parking near the place.

We visited Pounce on Sunday, 22 Oct from 3:00-4:00. The staff was friendly and welcomed us in - and the cats are awesome! We loved interacting with them - especially John Cena, who took a liking to me and my husband. Really nice to get treats, catnip and a toy to entice the kitties to play. What a fun and wonderful experience - and for such a great cause - finding fur-ever homes for sweet kitties!!! Nice to be able to enjoy a glass of wine as well.

Very uniquely decorated, friendly staff, and adorable cats! We had a good time during the hour we booked and fell in love with a couple of sweet kitties. My only complaint would be that the drinks were kind of a let-down since they’re all basic self-serve things you could have at home, but if you drink alcohol you could upcharge to something from the wine bar. My favorite thing would have to be that they restrict guests to be above the age of 12, so there’s no kids terrorizing the cats unlike some other cafes visited! There’s also plenty to do within walking distance of the cafe if you’re looking to save $ on ride shares!

Pounce is a great place to visit. It's obvious they truly care about their cats and have created a wonderful and caring space for both the cats and the visitors. Unlike other cat cafes, their cats are all up for adoption so their work is in service of helping the cats find loving homes. I strongly recommend stopping by.

Nice variety of local beers and nice cocktails! They also have water soda coffee and hot chocolate so lots of drinks to choose from. The place is very clean and welcoming. Lots of cats I found one that I could adopt on my visit!

This was such a fun way to start our day! The staff is very sweet and the kitties are adorable! We had so much fun playing and learning more about each kitties background. I would have spent the whole day there!! Can’t wait to come back.

Adorable way to cool off in the Charleston heat and relax with some awesome cats!! Each ticket included a non-alcoholic drink (delicious lemonade) or an alcoholic beverage for $3.
I highly suggest you get a drink with the plastic cup so the cats enjoy licking the condensation off the side ;)

Spending time with shelter cats on vacation is a fun thing we like to do. This place was nice because they included a drink coupon for a non-alcoholic drink, but you can upgrade to beer or wine for a small fee. The cats we met with were half sleepy and half playful, so it was still a good time. The cats have lots of room, furniture, and toys to play with, so they are well cared for. If you miss your pets at home, or you love cats, this place is well worth the visit (typically an hour.)

I want to take my niece she loves cats but can’t have one because her Dad is allergic. I heard from someone that children are not allowed and someone else said if the child is well behaved and supervised no one cares. She’s 7 and ecstatic about going if we can. Thanks!

I went with 2 other older women.There were no children there but i didn't see any signs about them. I wouldn't think a toddler would be appropriate, but a well-behaved 7 year old who loves cats shouldn't be a problem.Call tem & ask just to be sure.
