When we were there, earlier this month, tours started at 15 minutes after the hour, starting at 10:15. I think the last one is at 2:15, but you could call the ofice to check. There are comfortable seats in the lobby to wait things out. Or check out the gift shop.

We have sanctuary tours 6 days a week, Sunday - Friday. Tours are available at 10:15, 11:15, 1:15 and 2:15 Monday - Friday and at 1:15 and 2:15 on Sunday. Tours of our historic Coming Street Cemetery are by appointment only and can be arranged by calling the temple office at 843-723-1090.

There is a public lot adjacent to The Belmont Hotel. That is across the street from the Synagogue .

It's a half mile walk if you can manage it....ten or twelve minutes... down Meeting Street toward Ashmead...then follow Meeting Street to Hasell (pronounced Hazel). Make a right and it's halfway down the block. If you can't walk, a cab might be the quickest way. Or there's a free bus that leaves every half hour from the visitors' center on John Street.

Our tours are approximately 30 minutes and are available Mon-Thu: 10 am - 11:30 am & 1:30 pm - 3 pm. Fri: 10 am - 11:30 am & 1 pm - 2:30 pm. Sun: 1 pm - 3 pm. No reservations are needed for a tour, you can just show up anytime during the above time frames. A suggested donation of $5 per person is requested to aid in the upkeep of our historic temple.
