After reading so many great reviews we were definitely going to rent bikes from here.on Saturday..so we called around 10 no answer so we walked around folly for a few shopping. called back no answer. Ok....try one more time and the person answer the phone sounded like we had just woken him up @11? was not happy we were disturbing him???? Told us all the bikes were reserved so ..bummed about that..went enjoyed our day but ...at lunch and dinner still the same amount of bikes locked up as there were late morning ...weird way to run a business. I guess make sure you have a back up plan ..🤷 was disappointed.

We visited Folly Beach over Thanksgiving week and were blessed with great weather, we got a recommendation to use Matt from Cool Breeze bike rentals and were super satisfied not only with our bikes but all the history he gave us about the island ! I was with my parents and 4 year old daughter who after we returned our bikes told Matt “ Thanks for the bikes Matt, I love you” haha ! Great experience and will def be back! Thanks Matt! 🤟🏼

I had a flat on a bike that was not rented at Cool Breeze. The owner helped me repair the flat and replace the tube even though the bike was not rented at Cool Breeze.

We have been a repeat customer of Cool Breeze bikes. On our recent vacation-2 days ago, Matt delivered 2 bikes to our address on my word that we would settle up. As ALWAYS - great service - a true Folly local and cool guy. Peace - love- Folly - and Cool Breeze bikes is a A + rating in our book!!!!! Thanks again Matt for what you did for us!!!

Rode our AirBnB bikes 10 miles into Folly Beach. Got a flat 1/2 mile from the beach. Matt had no tubes. Tied the bike up for the afternoon and hit the beach. 4 hours later he sees me leaving and pushing the bike, yells for me to come back. Found a tube. Tells me additionally that my forks are backwards and rear wheel bearing loose. Fixes all for less than 15 bucks and I'm back riding. Super great service. Highly recommend checking in with him for any rental needs.

My family had a wonderful experience with Matty, the owner. He was very helpful on the phone listening to the heights of my children and figuring out what size of bike they would need for our week on Folly. Then he delivered them to our condo and all the bikes were perfect after he made adjustments to the seats and handle bars. He might be a character but that's what we loved about him. Thanks for a great week on bikes Matty!!

Thoroughly enjoyed doing business once again with Matt. He's very accommodating and a pleasure to deal with. His bikes provided us with a great method of transportation while on Folly.

Matty and Cool Breeze Bikes is an excellent choice and a tradition to experience Folly Beach, South Carolina. Customer satisfaction (A +). Bicycles are comfortable, easy and fun to ride (A +). A leisurely bike ride around Folly Beach is a great way to explore the island. Riding on the beach is amazing (A +). Matty will find a bike best suited for you and your family (A +). We will return to Folly Beach and surely rent bikes from Matty. Southern hospitality really does exist. Cool Breeze Bikes exemplifies why and how. Visit Cool Breeze Bikes. Matty is waiting to see Ya'll!

Matty was so great and helpful! He gave us a deal on bikes for the day and helped us through everything. Incredible customer service. He made out entire day and brought a smile on our faces.
