We had a fantastic day with Areion Sail and would highly recommend it to others. Annika was very friendly, clear, and informative, and encouraged all of us (including two children 9 and 5) to get hands on with sailing the boat, finding them appropriate and fun tasks to do, and she was always calm and positive. The children had an exciting time and we all learned a lot about sailing and about the local area. The boat is a lovely place to spend a day, whether you want to sun yourself on deck, sit at the tiller, or rest in the cabin below, and we enjoyed two cooling swims and some excellent snorkelling. It was a very special experience and a real highlight of our holiday in Messenia.

A days sailing from Agios Andreas to Koroni and back with our very knowledgeable skipper George.
Sailing along the coast gazing at magnificent scenery, swimming in secluded bays, snokling and swimming to deserted beaches.
Snacks and refreshments provided and then back to the marina under sail power, which was absolutely fantastic.
This experience was one of our best days ever.
Book this experience you will not forget it.

It was a great day with Annika on board. We were with two couples and she got us involved in the sailing a bit. Annika is from the Netherlands and speaks perfect English - she can also speak German, but since the other couple was from England, everything was done in English (after she asked us if that was OK). The wind was good, we had two swimming stops and everyone was great together. A highlight of our vacation! Thank you very much!

A fantastic experience for us as a couple. We hired the boat for a private charter with Annika. She came to our hotel a couple of nights in advance to talk us through the trip. Very reassuring. One tip is to book in advance rather than last minute: you’ll have more options.
On the day right from the start she involved us in everything. She’s very calm and warm so we were instantly at ease on board. Lots of opportunity to get involved learning as much as you want while mixing it up with down time to soak it all up on the prow taking in the sights or just napping. We stopped at a small picturesque bay for snorkelling and lunch before heading back to Agios Andreas. All in all a really enjoyable day with the added bonus of a knowledgeable and helpful skipper. Thank you Annika!

Cliff was excellent. Took a 4 hour tour to Koroni me back. Stopped at a lovely swimming spot near the castle. Thoroughly enjoyed it with friends and family, inc two young kids

Liebe Annika, du hast uns einen tollen Tag mit deinem Segelboot ermöglicht. Du hast uns allen die Chance gegeben mit zu helfen, sehr viel uns über das Segeln erklärt und uns zu einem tollen Schnorchelplatz mit Fischen aber vor allem einer sehenswerten Felsunterwasserwelt gebracht. Das Segeln zurück war mit dem guten Wind einfach Mega.

Annika heeft voor een geweldige dag gezorgd in haar gezellige zeilboot. Onze dochters (4 en 6 jaar) vonden het super om te vertoeven in het ruim en op het dek, om te helpen met het hijsen van het zeil en het sturen en te genieten van het uitzicht over de zee. Zelf vonden ze fijn dat er erg gemoedelijk met onze kinderen omgegaan werd, terwijl de veiligheid altijd primeerde.
Een trip met deze top organisatie is een echte aanrader voor het gezin, zelfs met jonge kinderen.

Ik heb vandaag een heerlijke dag gehad, het was super genieten op de boot met skipper Cliff. We hebben de hele dag gevaren langs de kust, in de middag hebben we ook leuk gesnorkeld en heerlijk genoten van een zalige lunch. Ik mocht diverse taken aan boord vervullen, zoals het ophalen van het anker, het heisen van de zeilen en ik heb zelfs een heel stuk mogen sturen. Echt een topdag !

I contacted Annika & got an immidiate response. There was only the two of us and wanted to make a sail trip. She made sure our wish to sail for one day was arranged in our time frame. Cliff took us & 5 others out on the big boot & we had a wonderfull trip. Some wanted to fish, others learn to sail or just relax a bit on the deck. Everything was possible so all of us had a great time. Nice snorkeling in the bay and Cliff put in extra effort putting the big spinacker up so the sail back was great. Fruit, drinks and info about the environment was given to us by Cliff. Also tips for nice restaurants were very helpfull.
We will definatetly book another trip when we return.

Vorige keer was zo leuk, dat we dit jaar nog eens een dagje met Annika gingen zeilen. ⛵️ We beleefden weer een perfecte dag.🌞 We hebben weer volop genoten van de mooie zichten op de Mani ⛰ en Koroni, het lekkere eten 🥙 dat Annika had bereid, het snorkelen 🤿, de deskundige uitleg 🎓en vooral van het zeilen zelf. Echt een aanrader als je in de buurt bent!
