Wonderful locally owned and operated place to meet and eat.

I eat at Mulligan's at least once every week. I meet clients here, I stop in for pick up, I bring my kids here, I come here with my wife on date nights and I've even hosted an event for out of town guests. I have always had a great experience and it's locally owned, operated and managed. You will see her every single day bringing out food, refilling drink glasses and talking with the customers. The food is a little pricey (thanks C-19) but it's always good and I keep coming back for more.

We love the food, music, and staff. Mrs Marry and the crew do a wonderful job servicing each patron and the food is always great. Try the brunch on the weekends.

I can't complain too much about it as I do go often enough. It really is quite expensive though, the food is fine. Drinks are on the expensive side too. Nicely done though, stuff are usually nice enough and decent service.

Regret I suggested to eat at this restaurant today. Lesson is, if you have an issue with something at this establishment be prepared to be wrong and like it lol. Ultimately service was indifferent and unfriendly. Ordered our food and once received it had fries instead of chips I ordered, no big deal but apparently it offended the server and staff. I mentioned that I ordered with chips and the server removes my plate. I asked why and he said he “has to take it back to redo the entire entree.” I suggested maybe I could eat around the fries, again no big deal, and he shuts that down saying he must take it back while acting completely put off. Not agreeing with how he handled it and him being rude I told him not to worry with it, I’ll go without the food as well requested the check. Not that it should matter but I’m not being rude or loud just simply saying I don’t want it any longer. Shortly after, he zooms by the table placing a folded receipt on the table without saying anything. I look at the receipt and was charged for the meal I declined to have redone. Trying to get the attention of the server without success I get up and ask him why I’m being charged which he states he’s not the manager while walking away. Going back to my table I thought surely this is a mistake. Shortly after someone tries to bring the food to me and insinuated I wasn’t doing what he thought I should do. Bewildered he said that I repeated my refusal and absolutely didn’t want to eat here. At this point I really just wanted to leave even if they wanted me to pay for it. Waiting to pay someone, another person walks up asking how he could fix this. While trying to explain I quickly realize he just wants me to take the food. I hear a few excuses and no apology along with him saying he has 15 years of customer service experience with no real option but to take the food. I explain that I didn’t want to argue I would accept the food to go. Paid my bill and promptly threw the food away after leaving. One thing I do feel was exceptional was the one star reviews they earned on several sites. Congratulations on providing a poor customer experience and ensuring that the less than stellar service by the waiter is reflective of this establishment. Funny thing is I’m in the customer service world and am appreciative to have this experience to refer to while doing customer experience presentations around the country on how not to treat customers.

Not impressed...
We had about 15 people at our table for an early dinner. There were only a few other tables with customers. Drinks and food was slow and we got appetizers after we got our food. Place and restrooms were clean. Smoky atmosphere. I will not return.
