What a lovely rustic pub. Wonderful welcoming staff, quaint and full of character and characters . Impromptu music session in full flow when we arrived. Will definitely be back

Lovely old traditional bar in gorgeous Kinvara. We chose to sit outside having the pint as the sun shone and what a glorious hour. Only downside was inside bar did look a bit busy and not many wearing masks.

When I’m visiting I always get to spend time in Sextons with my brother in law, who’s a local and it’s the best pub in the world. Always have a laugh with the locals and landlady, rugby is on if it’s being played, sometimes live music and the Guinness is to die for.

Loved this place! Had a terrible lodging experience in town 2 hours East. When a local gentleman (Scott) heard of our plight, he offered us his home and he stayed at his girlfriend's. So to say that this bar is filled with friendly people would be an understatement. Oh and cold beer and Jameson too. What more could you ask for?

We visited here twice on a recent stay in Kinvara, it’s a cosy pub with a lot of character. Happy to say they are also pet friendly & there was no problem bringing our dog inside with us.

Sexton's is a comfortable pub on the quay in Kinvara. It's a local, and will make you feel at home. Nice atmosphere and you can catch a game on TV if you'd like. Usually no need for that as the conversations will keep you entertained!

mit absolut toller Livemusik. Typisch irische Folkmusik mehrer Musiker. Bei einem leckeren Guinness echt ein Erlebnis. Nette einheimische Gäste, mit denen man schnell ins Gespräch kommt.

Such a lovely pub that welcomed our group of 20 girls with open arms! Special shout out to the bar man who is the image of Ronan O Gara! Great music and atmosphere!

We walked in and knew that everyone knew we were visiting. Within a few minutes, one of the locals were talking to us and by the end of the night, we were part of the crew. Fun people, drinking locals, and sometimes local music. The next night we walked in again and talked with an older local from the night before for over an hour, we were laughing so much and still talk about how much fun we had.
