I received my order today,shocked to see 4 items for £25 one is a tiny sweet sweater about 2 inches,a star shaped biscuit,slab of chocolate and chocolate penguins,this needs to be reported to trading standards as the picture showing this £25 hamper has lots more in it,spent £30 with postage for 4 items.so disappointed,

A better customer service is required. I had a shocking experience recently. The assistant was offensive and rude. She actually shouted after me when I came out the shop. She was that loud, my husband who was outside, heard her

Gorgeous shop shame about the professionalism

Some beautiful chocolates to choose here, however, the lady behind the counter was on the phone and swore several times at whoever she was speaking to. She then turned and served me and my children without apology or even looking up to be honest. Shame as the shop itself was lovely.

Geraldo’s in Largs is, in my opinion, a “must visit” shop. Great chocolates and sweets as well as top class ice cream. They also do a fine range of Gins, whiskies etc and some very nice gifts.
Essentials for all holidaymakers!

Nice icecream, awful customer service

Visited Gerado’s for an icecream with my partner, no dairy free options apart from Sorbet which is a shame. Sorbet was tasty but customer service from the lady with blonde hair was awful, she was rude and blunt and made us feel very unwelcome. Would not come back due to this experience

Visited Geraldo,s on our recent trip to Largs nice store but the Ice Cream was some of the best we have tasted for a long time I recommend the Lemon and Ginger

Greedy proprietor!

A sign outside this shop indicates that no more than 5 customers should enter at any given time. There is no way that social distancing can take place with 5 people in this tiny shop, and no way that the one being served can leave the shop without close contact with the other 4!
This is the perfect indication of a greedy proprietor, who puts money above the health and safety of customers and staff!
(The other indicator is the exorbitant prices charged in this establishment!)

Love this place!

This is both a shop selling gourmet stuff and an ice cream parlour. Both are worth visiting as I picked up handmade chocolates and some chutney. The ice cream bar is worth visiting too with some unique flavours like Parma violet which had crushed sweets as well as being flavoured with violet. Vegans are well catered for with several different flavours. They also offer GF cones for those wanting it.

Prompt delivery of excellent Bellini

I'm loving this place, and can't them enough! I ordered Bellini Cipriani for my Mum so that I could bring Italy to her (she has been trying to get to Venice for a long time but has had no luck yet), and it arrived within 4 days (to London) despite the bank holiday. It was wrapped perfectly, very secure. Despite not being asked a note was attached saying happy birthday to my Mum, thoughtful. I couldn't find this anywhere across England, so Geraldo's has done me proud and I couldn't be more grateful for the puntucal, communicative, easy and pleasant experience of ordering with them online. Highly recommend, and I hope to travel one day all the way from Brighton to visit them! Thank you!
