Most places closed or being renovated. Parked in a marked disabled bay on the main street and displayed our blue badge. On returning to the car we were accosted by a 'gentleman' claiming it was 'HIS' spot and we had no right to park there. We tried to point out our blue badge and that there was no indication it'belonged' to anyone but he was extremely impolite so we ended up just driving away.

We went for a weekend break and explored Portpatrick. Beautiful place and The Lighthouse Pottery was amazing, such a wide collection of individual pieces. We will be returning in November and hope it will be open. Definitely recommend.

Beautiful, quirky little shop. Bought a lovely necklace. The gifts available are unique and quite reasonably priced.

absolutely love Port Patrick and we are just back from our third short stay this year, sorry to see the wee copper wheel closing due to retirement, he was a lovely man and we wish him a long and happy retirement, a smashing stay in the Crown hotel with great customer service ( another seafront hotel could learn from them ) but sadly the lighthouse is still closed it has barely been open and couldn't believe the notice which read closed from the end of August 2022 until the beginning of July 2023 so is it only going to open for 2 months of the year??? maybe time to hand it over to someone else it was always a must visit for many many visitors to Port Patrick and the Pandemic is now a poor excuse but will always enjoy our wee stays.

Nice little pottery shop at back of harbour. Also sells small trinkets and necklaces. Not over priced. Very friendly.

Was desperately wanting to visit this site whilst in Portpatrick but sadly, another story of closure due to Covid. Still worth going to the harbour town though - especially on a sunny day when lunch can be enjoyed outside one of the pubs/hotels

Great little gift shop stocked full of quirky treasures. Definitely worth a visit if you're in portpatrick!

As above, I could've spent all day in here and would have only walked about 30 steps! This shop is full of souvenirs and gifts. Take something home from this wonderful place 👍
