We've been visiting Spavens for years, we came Sunday for my sons 13th booked the teenage party and he loved it, the pancakes are gorgeous, staff are always lovely and friendly, chocs amazing, and tons of various sweets, we travel from Warrington and it's well worth the visit.
Can't fault it at all.
Kids are happy/adults are happy!

We came across this sweet shop by chance and popped in for a look. Had a chat with the lovely owner who was extremely friendly and ordered some chocolate pancakes. Got a pick and mix for the journey home and vowed to return next time we’re in the area! Lovely!

Love popping into Spavens. The staff are always upbeat and friendly and the range of sweets is fabulous. Drinks are amazing as are all food.

We arrived at Spavens without making a booking and the owner was extremely friendly and welcoming. She kindly positioned us in a lovely area with space for the pushchair. My son (2) did the special package £9 which was excellent value for money(which included a money box painting, ice cream, drink and crepe as well as free drink for both my husband and myself), and then we both did our own item for £6 each.
All the staff were friendly and extremely helpful and even brought the ice cream early for a slightly impatient toddler. The owner was happy for my parents to come in with the dogs to see what we were doing as well, while also sharing many recommendations for the area.
We had a really enjoyable morning and could easily go back if we lived closer. Definitely worth a visit; we absolutely loved it.

We went here with our two children, they had vouchers from Christmas to do the full package, we were there for two hours and all had a great time. Staff are so friendly and helpful. Food and drinks are gorgeous too.

Called in with my nephew to kill some time. He enjoyed picking his craft then painting it. Some lovely colours available; although he only went for black! Friendly staff and nice coffee too. Reasonably priced. Lots of sweet choices for the end

Had a fab time here for my daughters baby shower.
Painted a piece of pottery, had pancakes, icecream and a tub of sweets and popcorn to take home.
Would definately recommend a visit here. Really friendly staff. A great place to take children, may be an idea to book but not sure if it's necessary to.

As always my kids had a fantastic time - The birthday package is worth every penny - Lovely staff, environment and owner doing their absolute best to create a fantastic experience for both the kids and parents - I sat and had a relaxing cup of tea whilst speaking to the engaging and courteous owner. The children came out with a raft of goodies -the staff were firm and fair and interesting -Well done -You should be proud of such a fantastic venue - a tourist spot in Mold! My girls asked when we were going again within 10 mins of leaving

I visited with my friend and our two six year old children. It was a great morning out. Both kids painted a pottery model with special shiny paints and then had a slushie, ice cream and pancake all for £8. Adults get a complimentary hot drink and I had a pancake which was gorgeous.
The staff there are so friendly and cheerful and nothing is too much trouble. The owner is also so nice and always comes to talk to everyone.
It is closing for 2 weeks for refurbishment but we will be back when it re opens.

I have visited several times with my 7 year old daughter. She has been to numerous parties here too and is always really excited about going. It is a lovely place with an amazing choice of sweets. I can never resist buying some for myself when we are there. It's really good value whether you choose to paint the ceramic pottery or fill the sweetie jar as you get a crepe, slushy drink and icecream too. The staff are really helpful and adults get a free hot drink while the kids are painting. We will be back again very soon.
