This place was lovely when it first opened. I even held my sons first birthday party here. It went downhill quickly and I avoided it for the best part of 2 years. Have visited twice in the past few weeks as friends have suggested it. And the place has gotten even worse.
Staff are so unprofessional and unwelcoming. Customers waiting ages at the entrance with eager kids wanting to play whilst staff just ignore them. No apologies for the wait or even a smile.
Equipment is filthy. My son and his friend were wet and said the trampolines were wet. This with either as a result of staff not enforcing no drinks rule, or I dread to think what else the liquid was! Staff werent interested when we alerted them to it
Sticky marks and what appeared to be chewing gum on childrens equipment.
Tables and chairs dirty and not cleared despite a number of staff not appearing to be doing much else.
Bizarre system of ordering fold where u go to the main till rather than the food counter.
Toilets are absolutely disgusting. Floors covered in goodness knows what.
Words cannot describe how awful this place is. Staff do not care.
Fail to see how this place can still be running.

So last Monday we decided to take our son to Jazzy Jungle for a late afternoon run around treat. The website said they closed at 6pm, but we rang ahead to check if it was going to be OK to turn up around 5.15pm. No problem they said but the cafe will be closed. No worries, so we arrived at the 5.10pm. Our boy ran around and played and we left at closing time.
Today we decided to do the same thing, as he enjoyed it so much last time, so we didn't call we just turned up at 5.05pm, we also had our friends little girl and our five month old daughter. We walked in and were told we couldn't come in as it was after 5pm. I explained we had turned up this late last week and wasn't a problem, to which we had a response of "Well I'm the manager and I wasn't here last week so you were given the wrong information, we don't allow anyone else in a hour before closing" To which I responded "We have two very excited toddlers and maybe your staff should be informed correctly" However this manager wasn't having any of it.
I started to get my boy and put his coat back on and try to tell him we couldn't go in to which he cried his little heart out he is only just two and a half. I also said to the manager how terrible it was that I have to explain to my son that we aren't going, and he'll probably think he's done something wrong. The manager said "It is on our website!" Which it is not. What might have been the sensible thing to do is say "Well because you came after 5 last week we will let you in but for future reference we stop entry after 5pm." But no she just watched us try to get two upset toddlers out. Disgraceful, our son cried all the way home and he was white!!! He is not a spoilt child and due to the weather conditions playing outside wasn't an option this was a treat for them both. I am disgusted by the manager and I will never be visiting the place again!!!!

3rd time I’ve been turned away with my 2 girls due to either a party or it being full! This time however takes the biscuit!
I called ahead to check if they had space, the reply was yes plenty and there’s a party at 1 but it will not effect you. We turn up 10 minutes later only to be told it’s full! Due to a party. When explaining to the kid on the front desk that I’d called etc I as met by a shrug of the shoulders!
Never again!

We are looking for a venue for our sons first birthday so we visited this play centre today with our 9 month old son. The member of staff on the door wasn’t at all welcoming so that wasn’t a good start. There’s a large play area which says from 6 months to 4 year olds but there was nothing for him at all. No ball pit, only a few balls at the bottom of a slide, most of the balls were squashed and old. Crisps, stale food, dirty wet wipes, exposed metal bar, balls of fluff and balls of matted hair everywhere. Not the place I wanted my baby crawling around in. Entry was £3.00 for two hours but we stayed for approximately 15 minutes.

Used to be one of our favourite places to go. Not anymore...
1. Toilets seemed dirty.
2. Little ball pit has gone, as has big bouncy castle.
3. Machines are not working, but labels have not been put on to say this.
4. The cooking was fine, but the 'chicken burger' was sooo tiny, I first thought it was a fish cake. I paid almost £5 for a meal that probably cost next to nothing. Chicken burger was thin and tiny!
5. The staff didn't seem enthusiastic and sometimes seemed grouped together away from the throng of customers - there didn't seem to be a constant presence at front of house and I had to wait on a few occasions on my own and in large queues for service.
6. Worryingly, the boiling hot tea and coffees had no lids - even though we asked for them, we we told they don't have lids!
7. However, when we had our teas and coffees, they were luke warm anyway. Ordinarily, this would have been bad, but considering they had no lids, we didn't mind!
8. We had to ask for the drinks that went with the children's meals - surely this should have been provided with the meals.
9. Generally didn't seem to be kept well - chalk board was full of chalk and hadn't even been wiped, and we visited in morning.

My son celebrated his 4th birthday at jazzy jungle and had the most amazing time
The staff where great and so helpful nothing was too much trouble
Even added the foam machine which was a great hit
Highly recommended a private hire

Took my grandchildren to Jazzy Jungle on Wednesday 21st August, and they had a fantastic time. The baby area was wonderful with plenty for the really little ones to play with, in a beautifully clean and safe environment.
It was really great value for money and the staff were really helpful and polite and I had a wonderful latte, that was better than you get in some of the well known coffee chains.
I would highly recommend a trip to Jazzy Jungle and I’m surprised at some of the other reviews posted, as my grandchildren and I had a fantastic time today

Terrible service from start to finish.. run out of every thing on the menu the stuff they did have was sent out burnt. No balls in pit. Staff who have no idea what they are doing. Terrible service I would not suggest to any person!!!!! Worst place I’ve ever been to

What can I say apart from WOW! I’ve never in my life experienced such awful service! One in one out on the door, told to wait and we would be called next, 40 mins later and 3 groups of people later we were allowed in!! Staff on reception were desperately struggling to deal with the amount of customers, a rainy day in the summer holidays and 3 staff in the whole place. Owner turned up and just stood around taking pics whilst staff were drowning!! In fact after being allowed in at 12pm and joining the queue to order food, we were finally served at 12.20 and 3 meals arrived at 1.25pm, burnt pizza, cold chips, no cutlery, no cups, no jugs for squash!! Then low and behold they closed the kitchen, at 1.30 in the afternoon, staff are rude and not helpful at all! All I wanted was a packet of biscuits to go with my cup of tea, in my paper cup with milk that had been left out on the counter all day but no I had to go to the back of the queue, bearing in mind this queue is for everything drinks, food, enquiries and the one member of staff serving here was also manning the reception and trying to sign people in and out. Play equipment filthy dirty, no balls in ball pit, sand everywhere in baby section, I had to clean the high chair with wet wipes before putting my baby in there. Floor was disgusting and I couldn’t even put him down to crawl around. Broken toys, broken chairs, extremely hot, dirty tables, rubbish everywhere!! Toilets also disgusting, horrific smell, water everywhere, toilet rolls opened all over the floor. 2pm arrives and even though we still have food and drinks left we were told we had to leave or we would incur charges for extra time!!! Absolutely shocking! Will definitely not be coming again and would advise anyone thinking about it not to!!

I went here mostly every week about a year ago! Hadn’t been back in months! My son has been asking for jazzy jungle so we decided to take him and his sister back today got there to see how downhill it’s gone! Ball bits empty bottom play layer completely empty, slides vanished and no replacements, play blocks broken and just left! All the ball pits that were previously full now completely empty and stinking dirty dust that looked like it had been there for months 😔 such a shame this was our favourite soft play
