Bought a package deal with a few other businesses such as nascar racing and mini gold. Apparently the ropes course is closed, and has been for awhile. The ticket booths are advertising the rope course as still being open. Buyers beware

However, we are not affiliated with Nascar Speed Park. Our package deals would include Lazer Tag, Blacklight Minigolf, Go-Karts, and arcade activities from Lazer Port Fun Center, Xtreme Racing Center of Pigeon Forge, Speed Zone Fun Park and depending on which package you chose, could include Legacy Mountain Ziplines, Adventure Park Ziplines and Five Oaks Riding Stables. Whatever package you purchased would still be valid for your chosen activities at the above mentioned locations. Also, our Park Hopper packages never expire!

Patrice was a very kind and friendly tour guid n the ropes course! She made the trip very enjoyable!

Our girls were only old enough for the Junior Ropes course, so I can only rate that experience. The junior course is very short and can pretty much be seen (as an observer) from one location. The obstacles were not very challenging to my girls, who are both gymnasts; they wouldn't want to do it again. My 10-year-old had to duck in many places, and the entire course took about 30 minutes. But it provided good training on how to hook on and release for the future. If I had known the simplicity of the course, I likely would have asked for a discount. There was a designated guide, so it wasn't completely on-your-own, which was nice.
The pricing for that event was $20 per person. The Tree Tops Course is part of Dubby's Adventure Park, which also has horseback riding and zip lines. Individual pricing for the activities is difficult to determine unless you actually go to the location. Dubby's offers discounted wristbands for their various activities, including go carts, but the junior course is not included with any of those. They could have zip-lined with us, but it was more than we wanted to pay, about $75 per person. Dubby's offers lots of coupons and discounts but none for the junior ropes that I was able to find, so you may want to try to negotiate a group rate if you have several littles.

We had a great time! Our guide, “Porkchop”, was awesome, very friendly and helpful. We went through the course with a marine and his sister. They were very nice. Will definitely be back.

A few of us came with the intention of partaking in the tree tops rope course. We previously called to ensure that the coupons we had would be sufficient. Once we arrived, we were told the opposite of what we heard on the phone and that because it was two minutes past four, we would have to wait two hours or come back. We explained that we drove 4 hours for this adventure, yet the women working showed no sympathy and would still not let us attend. Upon walking outside, we saw that the truck had not left yet and that there was room for my friends and me. I am disappointed with the level of customer service that this company allows from their employees. They showed no concern while belittling and taking advantage of us. We do not plan to return, and we will share our experience so that others do not encounter such a rude group of staff members.

We have done other rope courses before, but this one was absolutely beautiful through the mountains and trees!! If you have never experienced a rope course I highly recommend trying this one!! All the staff is super friendly and highly trained in the activities!!

Upon arriving at ~11:00 am on a Friday in August, the nice lady at the front desk started to check us in, hesitated, called someone, then informed us that they were not operating the course today. We were invited to come back the next day (Sat.), but could not do so (had to catch our flight home).
Their website advertises "Weather permitting, we open every day of the year at 10:00 a.m." The weather was perfect (evident by the fact that we had just done the Alpine Slide and subsequently did a different ropes course).
Surprisingly unprofessional. Consider alternative vacation plans.

My daughter refused to do it I was not able to keep my harness tight. But my fiance had a good time. All the staff wh r email very friendly. The one that gave my daughterror a piggy back ride back to the start because she got scared. He was amazing

This was my first zip lining experience and I had a blast at Tree Tops Ropes Course! Daniel and Chris, our guides, were great. Well worth the price given that you get to zip line 7 times. They were very accommodating and they made sure my six year old nephew felt safe and secure....so much so that he braved the 150 ft zip line all by himself. They also capture great pictures that you can purchase. I highly recommend this establishment, especially if you are a first timer.

Kudos to Tree Top Ropes course for accommodating our large group of 45 people. The guides were nice and helpful. All our participates faced their fears and made it out alive. Thank you to my guide John for making jokes keeping the experience light and fun. This was definitely a great experience for all.
