About 4 to 4.5 hrs. on the harder trail and 2.5 hours on the easier trail. Both have waterfalls. It all depends on how long folks want to stay and enjoy the falls, ask questions regarding the history, and take time to watch wildlife.

Yes, if the 3 yr old. can ride in a "backpack" type carrier. They can be purchased inexpensively at Walmart or online. Be sure to purchase the right one for your child's weight. Also, if your think that the older child may be slow, you might opt for the "Private Hike", so that you don't have to worry about keeping pace with a group.

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed on the National Park trail to the waterfall. This is due to the adverse interaction that occurs with dogs and the wildlife present in the park. It's not a good environment for dogs. I could take you on another trail in the Park , but you wouldn't see a spectacular waterfall on that hike. An alternative you might consider, is a pet hotel service in the area, that charge very little (maybe $10-$15) to give your dog a place to play while you go on your adventure.
