I rented a drop-D hybrid bike overnight. The staff were super helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. My frustration was the bike - the chain kept skipping gears as I was pedaling, and the brakes squealed like a London taxi cab. Those are very avoidable issues.

Hi Gordon,
Thanks for renting a bike while you were in Dallas. I apologize your bike didn't perform to it's optimal level. It's a brand new bike that has only been ridden a handful of times. Sounds like the cables were still getting broken in and stretched between rentals. We did fix the issues after you returned the bike. Hope you enjoy the rest of your trip.

I'm an ER doc and have a weird bike/elliptical device that most bike shops probably wouldn't go near. John (repair manager at Local Hub) is like a trusted ER doc. He has solved numerous bicycle repair crises and has kept this contraption that I love on the road. He always exceeds expectations, finds imminent problems before they brake and is honest. Their prices are also fair. Local Hub CARES!

We were visiting the Dallas area during the New Years and decided to tour around on bikes. We ended up riding around a beautiful lake and on the way back, we had one of the bikes break down. One phone call and these folks acted fast and professionally and had us looked after Pronto. I would highly recommend this outfit if you are ever visiting the Dallas (Deep Ellum) area. Thanks for your great help.

I popped in one afternoon because my flight was cancelled so I had some time to rent a bike. Kristie was again very helpful and had me on a gravel bike within 10 minutes. I look forward to my next visit, they are great people!

Super helpful, inventory was great, quality of the bikes was top notch and locally owned. Stay away from the Lime Bikes of the world and rent from a great local company like Local Hub Bicycle

Kristie is a master at getting you connected with the bike of your dreams, and whatever you need to make a ride the best it can be. Furthermore, I never felt like she was trying to upsell me, and in fact, offered less expensive options as preferable, as she seemed to understand the kind of riding I would be doing. When I went back the following day with a question about a bike lock, another employee helped me out graciously. These team members really have a vested interest in you having a good ride.

丸一日のオフができたのでレンタサイクルでこの店を選びました。もっともダウンタウンに近いです。1日40$でしたが、車では一方通行や駐車場を考えると40$は値段相応だと思います。
自転車は新しく、アルミフレームなのでとても軽い。きちんとサドルも調整してヘルメットをもらって出発。車道を走らないといけないので結構冷や冷やでしたが、面白い建物を見つけては写真を撮り、十分楽しい。
ケネディ暗殺ポイントの上を通過できるのはバイクと自転車だけでしょう。
サドル下に万一パンク修理セットを取り付けてくれていて、中身を見ると炭酸ガス弁ベガついていました。2時間も乗るとお尻が痛いですが、十分楽しいアトラクションでした。

This is a great new bicycle resource... The staff was super nice, helpful and professional... This place is a quality operation... It has a great vibe and great location. The mechanic was especially helpful as well. They do rentals as well... I recommend more than 3 hours for the touring the Downtown Dallas area. They had a very respectable rental fleet.
