First trip to a movie in a more than a decade. Very disappointed grabbing our snacks before the movie, there was no ice for our drinks, no napkins, and no butter in the self serve!! The good news, my recliner worked and the movie was great. But WTH?!

This is our first time back to a movie theater since the pandemic started.
It was fine. We enjoyed the movie and the theater was clean.
My only problem is there are no refills on the popcorn or drinks. We had to ration our Pepsi out during the movie so we would not run out of something to drink---which we did anyway.
I cannot wait until all restrictions are lifted and we can get refills on our overpriced drinks and popcorn.

First time at a movie theater in two years (since the pandemic started). We came to watch The Batman. Excellent sound system in the theater. I could feel my chair vibrate with the loud sounds.

My family and I visit this theater fairly often even though it is a bit of a drive for us. We often drive the 40 minutes because our local theater only has 4 screens. Alliance Cinemark offers a great selection of movies since they have, I think, 14 screens.
For many of the "big movies" they generally offer a variety of seating/pricing options by showing the same film on multiple screens.
Early matinees are discounted which is great because that's usually when we go but some of the later showings can be a bit pricey. I suppose it all depends on how bad you want to see everything in 3D, be surrounded by sound or "feel" the movie.
The reclining seats are really comfortable. They are even heated which is nice in the winter... or if you have an achy back. lol!
The concession area has a nice selection of food items, snacks, candy and drinks. If you are so inclined you can get yourself an alcoholic beverage.
Overall, a really nice theater. One of our favorites in the DFW area.

If you love going to nice theaters and watching a movie in ultra high definition and in nice lounge chairs then this is a great theater visit. Though it doesn't have the bar/restaurant or the VR/VOID like the XD Cinema in the Plano location it's still a nice theater to see a movie.

Horrible nightmare at the theater. My family purchased 3 movie tickets today to go to a matinee showing of Jurassic World 2. When we purchased the tickets we were told there were 60 seats left. When we went into the theater we found 3 open seats towards the bottom-middle which we didn't realize were "reserved" seats. Actually, there are several red rows which say "reserved" on them which apparently you pay more for. While we sat and waited for the movie to start, the people in the row behind us got into a disagreement with a family who came in and said they reserved those seats. The people behind us said they weren't moving b/c it's matinee and they were told there were no reserved seats.
Well, the people who claimed they reserved seats came back a few minutes later with one of the employees who then came to me and asked to see my tickets. I told him that he should ask everyone for their tickets because the row behind is reserved as well. He didn't like what I said and then told me "he has a better idea.." and then walked off.
Right after he left I decided to move my family up to the very last row to the regular black seats to avoid any more conflict. This was done before the movie started. We thought everything was fine then. After about an hour after the movie started, the same employee/manager came back with a police officer and somehow knew where we had moved to. The police came and escorted my family out of the theater which I complied with peacefully knowing that I didn't do anything wrong and that my peace is more important than a movie.
We then peacefully walked to the front and requested a refund since we were kicked out of the movie before it finished. A different manager (not the guy who called the cops) named Jordan Blackstock told us that he's unable to refund us. I asked him why not since I complied with their request to move, I only told the worker that he should request to see everyone's tickets in the reserved seats and not just mine. I explained that it doesn't make sense to call the cops if we complied with the request and were peacefully watching the movie.
The problem with all of this is that we're minorities and the original people who didn't comply with moving were an older white couple. The guy who called the cops on us is a skinny young white male with glasses. The older white couple who started this whole problem actually kept their seats and remained in them as we were being escorted out by the police. Apparently, Cinemark discriminates against minorities.
This is the first movie my wife and I have been able to watch in the theater this year because we have a 1 year old baby and my mother-in-law is visiting from out of the country and watching her for us. We've been wanting to see this movie for a long time and now the whole thing was spoiled by some jerk with low self esteem.

It's a nice clean place. Value is great if you go before 4 PM. They also give options for discounts.

I've never been to a movie theater that had such nice seats, so that was a nice change of pace. I really liked the fact that I could recline on the soft leather seat, sip on my cherry slurpee, and snack on popcorn while watching the movie.
The theater being spacious, beautifully decorated, and clean was a bonus. Obviously, the staff is very vigilant, and works hard to keep the place absolutely spotless. I didn't see a single stray popcorn kernel on any of the carpets anywhere in the entire movie theater.
I was very excited when we got to the movie theater, because I had been eager to watch 'Wonder Woman' since I saw the trailer on tv. For that reason, I chose this particular cinema (it was the only one in the area showing the movie.)
Even though I went into the movie knowing that it had received incredible reviews. I was still blown away by how amazing it was all portrayed on screen. It was easily the best movie I've ever seen, and it was so captivating that I barely dared to take my eyes off the screen.

I really liked the look of the inside. The people working the concessions were super friendly, helpful and very quick. I was disappointed in my squeaky seat and the sound system in the theater. I was also disappointed in the greasy popcorn, which I got fresh from the popper. But, the Saturday matinee tickets were really cheap.

So glad that Cinemark built a theater in our area. They didn't waste a dime on making this a great place to enjoy the latest movies. Plenty of safe parking, large state of art theaters, and friendly and helpful staff. I'm a bit of a clean freak so I do feel comfortable here because this place is always clean and user-friendly.
