I hosted a birthday party at the space. I had major issues with booking the space and then the follow up afterwards when I tried to reach out to discuss issues with the event. It was incredibly hard to get a hold of the corporate office to make the booking in the first place. Then I was told that my 20+ guests could order food on the day of the event. I even received a food credit in order to cover the food orders. On the day of the event, my guests placed their orders relatively early in the event. The food did not arrive until the end of the event. Most of the food was cold if it did arrive. Some people never got their food. By the time the food came, most people weren't hungry anymore. A lot of the food was left uneaten. Turns out that they only have one oven at the event space, which was never mentioned to me. They charged me the full amount for the food that my guests ordered (even though most guests left with empty stomachs). If I had known of this before the event, I would have had food catered so that my guests would have been fed appropriately. When I tried to address this issue with the local management, they told me I need to speak to the corporate office. I am still waiting on corporate to get back to me. If you are thinking about booking a party here, I would think twice.

Adham was a great guide, the place is awesome, karts are great and super-fast. They kept everything very clean and hygienic to prevent the spread of covid.

During our recent trip to Houston, we went to K1 Speed to race go-karts.
After a brief information session, we grabbed our helmets and were buckled into the karts and were ready to race. For electric karts they do go pretty fast. We purchased 3 races and it made for a fun afternoon of racing!

It was a very cool experience for kids. It is good to check schedule to avoid a long waiting time. It is great that adults and kids races are separated and in general is very safe for kids.

Those cars are fast and fun to drive. Also, they are electrical now, so no more gas fume and very little noise. Will go again.

My husband and I went here on a Tuesday evening! It was so nice the place is pretty big and it’s very clean. Since it was our first time we asked about the plans etc to ride the ladies in the front were super nice and very informative. For two games each for the both of us plus membership was about $90. But it is worth the fun depending on who is picked to be in your group. Since it was the two of us we were put with couple other people which was fine for me. But I underestimated the speed of those things super fast goes up to 50 mph!! Be careful. Be safe. Have fun!! We will definitely be back.

I recently took my 10 year old for his first experience in go cart racing. Overall it was just okay only because of the way they schedule races. It's a good idea to call ahead first in case there are any group events scheduled that day. Because we were walk-ins, my son had to wait over 2 hours before he could do his first race. In order to accommodate all customers I think they should be able to alternate races between groups and walk-ins. That was the most disappointing thing about it. Otherwise the races were fun and I was impressed how they emphasized the importance of safety. Also didn't care for the "mandatory" membership fee in order to race. Overall, it was fun and we will most likely return but will plan ahead next time.

Came here with my kids today and the racing is a lot of fun, but we were told we would race in 40 minutes to an hour. We’ve already paid and have been here two and a half hours and still don’t know when our kids will be able to race. Would never have spent $130 to wait 2 and a half hours... Wasted Saturday :(

Price was 50 dollars for a starter package including the required membership, 2 races, and a t-shirt. After that races are 45$ for 3
