Animal rescue that opens the doors to the public once a week, as a bit of a fundraiser. Reservation is needed, but free. We bought a bag of food (carrots, lettuce, leek, old bread) for 3€ to help out a little. Smaller animals are let to roam free, others you need to greet at the stables. There are mostly donkeys, hinneys and mules, along with goats.
Do not expect a guided tour or typical tourist services. It's not really a "tourist attraction", just somewhere you can go and hang out with actual farm animals. And yes, animals can be unpredictable, kick and bite. It's up to you to be sensible and careful (and mind your kids if you bring them).
The toilet was okay. Volunteers were friendly. The cat couldn't be less impressed about the visitors though.

I was skeptical about going, given the last review, but we'd reserved free tickets and arrived about 11am. Highly recommend you travel in the morning, so you're in the flow of traffic going in, not going against it coming out. We bought a bag of food for the animals for 3 euro, carrots, cabbage, stale bread etc. Kids loved feeding the animals. Some kids are a bit cautious around the goats and donkeys, but no one was ever in danger. The bbq food smelt delicious, but we didn't try it. There is plenty of shade. Didn't use any of the bathroom facilities. The seating picnic area is in the shade, but not the cleanest. If you want a cheap hour out, I'd recommend.

The animals fight each other for food (they push each other and bite each other for pieces of bread and vegetables), feeding the donkeys, one bit me and warning the staff of the enclosure was funny. The only ‘medical assistance’ was a gauze pad with oxygenated water and the phrase ‘don’t worry, they are all vaccinated’ in their laughter. I left there with my arm swollen, my skin raised and my bite mark well visible.
There is no protocol or knowledge on what to do when this happens.. if an oversight like this happens to a child you possibly lose your arm.
I do not recommend it as a ‘playful activity to take children’ or as an example of animal care.
It leaves much to be desired by workers in such a predictable situation.
Arriving people of different ages and intending to spend a quiet day and learn from the care of the animals, you leave there with the impression that they are neglected and that those who maintain the enclosure have no idea what they do, worse: they do not care.
There is no protocol or knowledge on what to do when this happens.. if an oversight like this happens to a child you possibly lose your arm.
I do not recommend it as a ‘playful activity to take children’ or as an example of animal care.

First of all, it is free, although you have to reserve.
The facilities for donkeys, goats and a pig are correct. The issue of services for both men and women is absolutely dirty and not at all hygienic.
Very poor restoration theme. A coffee in a cardboard cup 2 euros. Snacks and little else.
Despite the cold and unpleasant day, there were quite a few people. After an hour and a half, a lot of people leave. You have two and a half hours
In short, a great idea that requires a little effort.
As for decoration, do not confuse china with decorative antiques.
Since it is free to spend a couple of hours, especially with children, it is an excellent idea

Se echa en falta personal en la zona para evitar comportamientos inadecuados de las personas hacia los animales: montan a los niños encima y los cogen en brazos. Además faltan normas y carteles que las recuerden

Burrolandia sobrevive como puede y hace todo lo que puede por la conservación del burro. No reciben muchas ayudas (si es que reciben) y son voluntarios y familia los que conservan aquello como buenamente pueden.
El trato ético hacía los animales debería de ser por parte de los que visitamos el recinto…educados hay q ir desde casa.
No es un lugar educativo como tal…rescatan animales y punto. No estamos visitando una escuela ni nada por el estilo. Es un lugar maravilloso si tienes conciencia de lo q estás visitando. Bastante hacen…

Demasiada gente atosigando a los animales,que no paran de ser alimentados por unos y otros, la gente cogiendo a las cabritillas a pesar de que estaban buscando a sus madres y temblando del miedo, los cuernos a la vaca, ya que la gente es una desconsiderada por los pobres animales, deberían poner a gente controlando, a los niños les ha gustado pero hasta ellos me preguntaban por qué la gente no les dejaba en paz!🤬🤬😡 deberían de controlar el aforo también, así no sería tan agobiante para ellos,y estaría más controlado...

Está todo muy bien organizado, los animales están muy bien cuidados; yo se lo recomiendo a todo el mundo. Y a todas las edades. Lo hemos pasado estupendamente dando de comer a los burritos, cabras y caballos. Volveremos más veces.

Estuvimos en un cumpleaños ,porque también lo alquilan para eso y no lo recomiendo.El trato tanto hacia los adultos como a los niños deja muchísimo que desear.la sensación es que solo les interesa recaudar .

Después de intentar hacer la visita en famila durante un tiempo, nos presentamos un ratio antes de la hora en familia con niños. En el camino de acceso, importante meter los datos en el navegador, peor que una pista forestal. Llegamos 30 minutos antes y pudimos entrar. Te piden verificar datos a la entrada y te indican niños voluntarios que es visita libre, que hay baños y local para vender comida, eso son todas los datos que te dan. Las instalaciones estan limpias, sin armonía y todo puesto a lo loco. Los animales estan cuidados, hay cabras, ovejas, caballos, burros. Se añora alguna explicación , aunque sea en paneles informativos sobre como funcionan los burros. Te explican como se cambian los cascos de los burros y no te informan nada mas. Bonita iniciativa de animales , que podría estar mejor. Eso si lo niños se lo pasan bomba.
