Recently visited the Beamsville location. I wanted to give this company another chance as the first visit was terrible.
First: No wheelchair access in Beamsville. It's 2024 Magnotta family.
Second: I was shocked when I tried to tip your team, and was told that your team cannot. I asked confidently, what if I want to. I was told, please don't, they are always watching the cameras.
Third: Free tasting is good but forbidding your team rewards for service well done.
What kind of atmosphere and culture is your company?

We live in Timmins. My wife is diabetic and can only drink Magnotta Bel Paese White without adverse reaction.
We both enjoy it in moderation. It is always consistently excellent, with a fruity taste! We have tried so, so many other brands and we are always disappointed. Some taste no better than vinegar!
For decades we lived near the Vaughan store and simply went in to pick it up. Since moving to Timmins, Magnotta ships it to us by Canada Post at a "more-than-fair" price. It comes always ahead of schedule.
We cannot say enough good things about Magnotta Wines.

I have tried online shopping with this company, but I have had issues, and unfortunately, their customer service has been abrupt, rude and unable to help.
I enjoy the product's, but after my last phone conversation, I plan to take my business elsewhere!
Perhaps they are more personable and professional in person, I have not been to the main location.
I do not recommend shopping with this company online!

This is a very interesting ..large selection of different wines..they have numerous blends of different wines..these are not wines for the snob..the wines are a great buy for the rest of us..the selection is extensive and affordable and very enjoyable...you can purchase by the bottle ..4 ...8 or 16 litre keg..you will not be disappointed..

We frequent Magnotta Wines three or four times a year. Whether for personal or business reasons they have everything you would want. The staff is excellent and always willing and eager to please and assist. The wines that we drink are the wines we bring to functions and give as gifts. Their boxed wines also seem to have hit a chord with several of our friends as well.

Large selection nice Niagara Fall wines located in Woodbridge. It's one of my favourite wine stores. I would highly recommend a visit if you have a chance.

Went to a free weekend ice wine tasting at this venue. It’s a beautiful store, on the same premises as the bottling factory. Lots of wine and beer available for sale. We tasted ice wine and regular wine, all delicious and affordable. Magnotta wine is not sold at LCBO due to the high markup. As a result Magnota can keep the cost down.

They hold the grape juice in the fridge.
I don't trust other places to buy juice arround the year (except during the normal grapes season: Sept-Oct).
In the fall they offer buy 5 pales and 6th is free. That brings average price pretty close even during the fall season.
So in short my current "rules":
1. Buy grapes and/or juice in season at best Price
2. Any other time - buy juice at Magnota/Festa

we have bought several boxed wine from magnota at various stores but the vaughan store is very nicely set up and has automatic doors which is very nice to get in and out with carts other stores should do the same

We went to a launch of a new car and they served two great Magnotta wines Sauvignon Blanc and Pinot Noir. so we went to their store in Niagara and bought a few assorted bottles. Most were under $10 and excellent value. Compared very well to Ontario wines at more than twice the price. Last time I shopped I did it on line and it was fast shipping.
