Killing time waiting for the laundrette to do their thing. Just called in for a cold cider and a sparkling water. Ice lollies too. Friendly people, quizzes and bingo on later. Nice and clean. Good choice of drinks.

Having been going to Salou since 2000, my favourite bar has to be The Rose and Crown. Albert and Ann-Marie always do their best to please although her quiz can be a challenge leaving us Brits looking thick, its all done in good humour though. We meet friends that we have made there twice a year if possible so it feels like a "local" that you have at home.Well worth a visit for people who have never visited before. Albert sometimes (nightly) forgets to go home so a late bar occurs, happy days.

We have just returned from holiday from salou and this little pub with hosts albert and anne marie made us feel so welcome.Every night there is a pub quiz and games of bingo which were a great laugh.You will not find a better family orientated pub than this little place which was excellent.

We stumbled on this little bar by accident (it’s quite small and easy to miss). Very cosy and friendly. Home from home for us Brits with bingo and quizzes every night. A little gem!

We called here with friends for evening drinks, and got more than we bargained for, in a nice way lol. Albert and Marie was so welcoming and chatty, There was a quiz and bingo that night, and i won a shot, a sambucca twist, which was very nice. The quiz n entertainment was every night, and well worth taking part. The drinks were good nicely priced. We called another time during the day and had a cheese pizza for 7euro, but worth it. Very welcoming, thanks guys

Great little English style pub a short walk from the centre of town. Have been coming here for years and Anne Marie and Albert never fail to recognise their regulars! Family friendly and reasonable prices. Anne Marie hosts bingo, raffles and quizzes - always good fun!

Popped in this bar on way home just for a drink. The drink was great real stuff I even got a pink tonic for my pink gin really nice. Also had a little game of bingo. People are very nice and service good. Would recommend definitely for drinking.

Small pub with a great big atmosphere, hosts Annmarie & Albert fantastic , Everyone very friendly, the night time quiz very entertaining,just 20 questions followed by 2 games of bingo. And if your lucky enough to win you can bag yourself a bottle of spirits! So if your in salou get yourselves to the Rose and Crown, you won’t be disappointed 😁

What gem in salou had read reviews about the rose and crown before leaving for our holidays and everything you read is true.firstly i would like to thank the hosts albert and ann marie for there hospitality they are so honest and nice and hardworking.we called in at least 4 nights of our 7 nights in salou it would have been more if not for booked excursions.the food we had was very nice and not expensive and the drinks when ordering a pint come out in a frozen glass really refreshing all you need to do is sit down in the outer terrace or inside and albert or ann marie will take your order and bring them to you.ann marie does a very good quiz starting at 21.30 free with 20 questions and a prize then 2 games of bingo line and full house costing €2 and the prize for a line a choice of bottled wine and the full house a bottle of spirits or bottled aftershave very good prize and after each game of bingo you write your name on the back of your tickets and then draw one out for a free drink.ann marie then finishes the entertainment with a shout out first quiz for a shot Strong.you won't be disappointed with a visit to this establishment,it was our first visit to salou and we will be back for a really good night with albert and ann marie.thank you so much.

While going for a stroll around Salou we decided that we needed a drink. We'd been told about the Rose and Crown so decided to give it a go.
On arrival we were pleasantly surprised, it was lovely little English bar in the heart of salou. The owner gave us a very warm welcome, asked us to come in and sit down and took our drinks order. The beer was ice cold and very refreshing.
The bar itself is quite small with wooden benches and tables as you walk in off the street. There are a couple of booths inside by the bar.
Everywhere is spotlessly clean.
There are quiz nights to keep the regulars amused and everyone has a lot of fun.
There's a good selection of draught beer and a wide selection of wines and spirits. There's also coffee and tea available as well as soft drinks.
Food is provided throughout the day in your usual pub grub and snacks.
Its nice to have a bit of home in the heart of a busy Spanish city. Its also nice to have a couple that show passion and care for their patrons. The couple have been in Spain for 23 years and the care and compassion is, I'm sure, exactly the way it was as when they first opened the Rose and Crown all those years ago.
Please pay this bar a visit when in Salou, you won't be disappointed.
