Such a fun time on the Comal River

We had the best time using this company. They were extremely accommodating of our party of 12. The river was clean and the Chutes were so much fun! They had easy entry and exit from the river. The Tubes were in great condition. They even have Ice and other things you might need that you forgot to bring.

Calm lazy ride

Nice friendly employees. We went there on Friday around 12:00, they weren’t very busy considering it was a nice warm day. I think it was about $12 a person and it takes about 2 hours from beginning to end unless you stop to eat. You can bring food and drinks along with you just be sure to carry out your trash. On the day we went it was a little slow going the first half but that’s not in their control. There are 3 man made rapids you go through. About the only bad thing I found was there wasn’t any employees at the end to help you get out of the tube.

Lines, lines…but worth it

Tx Tubes has their lines down to a science.
First you pay $20 for off sight parking. Then you stand in a line at a pop up tent to pay for your tubes. You get a token that you turn in at the River for the tube.
Then, you stand in another line to get in a bus to go to the river. After getting off the bus, you stand in yet another line to turn in the token to finally get your tube.
It felt a little like standing in a queue at Disney. But they do it well.

Probably the best thing is that they will hold your keys for you until your tubing is over. I wouldn’t want to risk losing them in the river!

The river was fine but TEXAS TUBES is HORRIBLE. CARMA sucks... so their day will come We paid to park here, 3 guys running the parking and they broke into our truck, broke the door handle, and stole our Yeti cooler then look at us and act like they have no idea what happened. Just wrong... The worst part is we collect stickers from everywhere we travel and they are on our cooler... so this is really sad that we will never be able to replace those memories because this one ruined them.

Good float experience

Good experience! I’m sure weekends are crazy but on a Monday we got our tubes quick and we’re ready to go. The bus was waiting for us when we got out. About a 5 minute drive back to parking. If u want to take your phone, invest in a water proof case or buy one there for $20. There a changing room area and we were able to park on-site.

Awesome float

We always wanted to float this ever since we’ve passed by so we drove down from
OKC. Definitely worth it. They have parking nearby $10 or you can risk parking on the roads close by. You are allowed coolers but NO bottles, cans, plastic bags or anything that will pollute the River. Please don’t litter and you see trash be king enough to pick it up and discard it properly. Tube rentals are $25 with $5 off for military (much appreciated). They will hold your vehicle keys with your ID for no cost. Once in the River, relax and enjoy and be kind.

Owners and staff is super friendly and makes you feel valued.

Fantastic Experience!

My kids and I had a fantastic experience with Texas Tubes. The staff was super helpful and friendly and there was a bus waiting for us right when we finished our float. I look forward to floating the Comal River again and using Texas Tubes!

Fast and Efficient

It was eight in our party and as you can imagine a little chaotic. We had to switch the tubes between the ones with the bottom and the ones without the bottom and the switch was seamless. Very friendly staff. The lifeguards sometimes are not 100% on task but what can you expect from young adults during covid

Lazy River float

We spent the day on the river with Texas Tubes. It was a quiet day and we had the river almost to ourselves. Great way to spend time with our son and talk about nothing much. Our day was nothing like the pictures of mobs of people drinking but both look like great fun.
