The Distillery has expanded their services to include brewing beer. The bartender, Michael Hershey, is friendly and extremely knowledgeable. Along with the owner, Shaun Siems, he distills whiskey and rum and brews beer. Michael is my son, so I know how conscientious he is. They continually update and renovate the bar and entertainment area to keep it fresh and inviting.

I can’t come up with enough adjectives to describe how awesome this place is! Mike is fantastic, not only is he the bartender but he is the tour guide too- he does it all. Great tour - very interesting and informative! My husband is thrilled that he was able to purchase a bottle of their Reserve that will be released in November. If you are in Austin make some time to stop by, you will be glad you did!
