Great, reasonably priced wines. Met the owner and winemaker personally and they were very knowledgeable.
Nice experience in the Hill Country, we will be back.

Fantastic wine selection with beautiful river access

We happened upon this winery by accident and boy were we glad! Fantastic people, fantastic wine and access to a beautiful river to boot. We talked wine with the wine maker and owner who were very pleasant and then we waded in one of the prettiest Texas rivers.
Such an enjoyable and relaxing afternoon after hiking Lost Maples State Park. Highly recommend the experience!

Beautiful Area and Drive Up

Lost Maples has some beautiful vistas around it and the wine is decent. Very friendly folks in the tasting room and worth the stop weather you are just driving by or planning your visit there.

Spent some time at the winery after hiking. The gentleman helping us was super cool and we chatted with him for a while. We bought a bottle of their field blend as it was our favorite.

My husband and I stopped at this winery after our visit to Lost Maples Natural Park. Everyone was so friendly and the wine was really good! It was a perfect afternoon with amazing weather. Sitting under the beautiful oak tree sipping on Merlot was a wonderful end to our day!. Definitely hope to return one day soon!

We stopped after a hike at Lost Maples State Park. We were sweaty but they didn't care. We sampled some great wines and had a bottle while we ate our picnic lunch outside.

My bride and I got married here on 10/12/19. Beautiful venue, great price, and very helpful staff. Not to mention the wines are excellent. Highly recommend.

You Won't "Whine" at this Winery - YOU'LL SMILE and be glad you came !

Stopped in with my son and his fiancé after hiking at Lost Maples State Park on a very hot July afternoon. We were the only ones there. Beautiful grounds, beautiful building, great seating area outside. Entered the building and we were greeted by the owner. We asked for a tasting and he proceeded to guide us through some extraordinary wines - $16 per person for a 10 wine tasting - reds, whites, topped by an outstanding Port. As he pours each wine, he regales you with the origin of the grapes, the process used to make the wines, what foods they complement, etc. He is a very interesting man who has had a very interesting life and willingly shares his story with you. Quite accomplished I must say, though he is as down-to-earth as you can get. When finished, I opted for a bottle of the Port. Will I return? Yes, I will. I'd like to take my Big Sister to this place. She'd love it. My Son and his fiancé could not stop talking about it after we left. They, too, will return. Five Stars to the Polvadeau vineyards and family. If you like wine, you will SIMPLY LOVE this place ! Go. You will not be sorry that you did.

A delightful visit and wine tasting!

This is a beautiful winery and the wines are fantastic! We thoroughly enjoyed our afternoon with Tom learning about grapes and the wines. We talked and laughed a lot with Tom... our new friend! We brought back several bottles for ourselves and as gifts for friends.
