Our drinks cost $16 each and I would rate as mediocre. I ordered the elk and bison bolognese which arrived lukewarm and with cold meat chunks. I asked if it could be warmed up and the waiter became upset and just said he would get another plate. I asked if it would be warm and he just said he would get another plate. The second plate arrived, 2 minutes later, Luke warm. Even if it had been warm it would have been mediocre at best. It just was a very crowded,,unpleasant and expensive experience. This is a tourist trap pseudo gourmet junk food and drink restaurant. If you desire quality food, drink, service definitely look elsewhere. All in all it was a horrible and embarrassing experience. The other restaurants we ate at in Park City were much better.

Great location, right in the heart of downtown Park City and technically you could ski in and ski out if you wanted to, but I wouldn't as it's a fairly nice dinner ambience inside so you could semi dress up or keep it nice casual if you wanted to. There's an outdoor bar seating area where you can get a drink, no kids allowed have to be 21+ to enter. Drink selection is cool, cocktails or just their straight bourbon, whiskey, scotch which you can see the vats in which they're made on site. Hostess and waiter were nice and helpful. The lamb shank with cheese grits was incredible. Trout seemed couldn't small proportioned but was quite filling in the end. Didn't have room for dessert but boy it sure looked good!! One of the better eating choices/options encountered in Park City a bit pricey but standard for this town, would go back.

Very well decorated place, small but hearty portions of food. Fabulous Mac & Pimento Blue Crab Cheese. Burger & fries on point. Cocktails are nothing short of awesome.

High West is an extremely popular/busy place and with Covid, its very hard to get in for dinner or in the evening. We got there around 6 on a Thursday night and were told that it was more than a 4 hour wait... We came back the next day for lunch and they were able to seat us outside right away or we could wait 20-30 minutes for a table inside. Much more manageable!
We enjoyed our drinks. I tried the whiskey flight and I liked most of their whiskeys. Note: they do not have any more A Midwinters Night Dram... But other local bars do still have some if you want to give it a try.

We had drinks and appetizers here. Pricey like everything else in Park City! Food was really yummy though- we had the pretzel and some wings. Everything tasted house made.
Husbands whiskey was good, and my buttered rum drink was perfect.

The good: Wonderful location and ambiance. Good selection of whiskey.

This was such a fun experience. We traveled all through Utah and finally got to spend some time in Park City. The staff was extremely friendly, the food was awesome to share and the whiskey was GOOOOOOOOD!
My wife is not a whiskey drinker and she loved the cocktails made at High West. I recommend for a few hours in the afternoon or before dinner. Cocktails are amazing and saloon is so cool.

We have been in Park City past 5 days And have been to the distillery three times! My wife loved the Idaho trout entree And my pork chop was the best I ever ate! Combine that with a whiskey tasting or an off the charts Old Fashioned and the distillery is a winner. Very lively Apres Scene as well Anand walking distance from the Town Lift

We stopped with 6 people in our party. Got a table right away and loved the menu and all the choices... to drink and eat. The reception was very nice, the waiters were friendly. Everything was excellent. Take the distillery tour!!!!

They are allowed, just not at the bar. Restaurant is family friendly with great food for all ages.
