Over the holidays, what would "knock the socks off" our visiting family members from out East and create memories of a lifetime. Camping, hiking, horseback riding, yawn... Internet research. Paragon Adventures! Yes! From septuagenarians to quadragenarians to a very capable eight year granddaughter, we had a fantastic 4-5 hours with Stacy and Chris. Rappelling, rock climbing, some challenging hiking and zip lining. Yes, we are all in reasonable fitness shape and enjoy an adventure. Stacy and Chris, our fantastic guides, are excellent and experienced instructors who have engaging and fun dispositions. Socks left on the trail. Mission accomplished! Looking forward to next. Highly recommend!

One of the best adventure experiences our family has ever had. It was myself, my wife and our 13 year old son. I would 100% book this again and plan to come back for more paragon adventures. The guides were very kind, patient and knowledgable. We felt self the entire time while also being challenged outside of our comfort zone. We chose to do the Red Rock 3/4 multi-sport adventure. The unique and remote area the guides took us to was incredible. We did not see another person the entire time we were out there.

My son and I had an amazing day rock climbing with Paragon Adventures in early September. Our guide, Todd, was fantastic! We did a combination of top-roping and sport climbing, exploring the beautiful sandstone cliffs near Prophesy Wall in Snow Canyon in the morning, and then switching to limestone at Kelly’s Rock in the Mojave Desert in the afternoon.
It was our first time sport climbing outdoors, and Todd's expertise made the experience both educational and enjoyable. He has a wealth of knowledge about the area's geology and crags, as well as general climbing techniques and safety, which he shared generously throughout the day. He struck a good balance between challenging us and ensuring we felt secure the entire time.
The lunch provided was delicious, and the breathtaking scenery made the experience even better. We learned a lot, had an absolute blast, and left with a desire to return for more – especially for some lead climbing! Highly recommend Paragon Adventures for anyone looking to rock climb near St. George, Utah

Todd, our guides (Kristen and Hyrum), and our experiences were all fantastic! Todd booked me quickly and easily, taking into account the weather and the ages of my kids (five kids, ages 8-15) and made us feel right at ease. I was incredibly impressed by the skills of our guides in literally talking us all off a ledge (or five). They were also very patient with my more timid kids and helped all of us have fun and gain confidence! They are knowledgeable, kind, and down to earth. We all enjoyed our time with them and cannot wait to come back and do it again. I can't say enough about this great group. And the views are pretty spectacular too!

Parunuweap 3/4 Day Hiking Adventure
This was an amazing adventure. Stacy and Mason were awesome guides. The decent was something I never would have known I could do. The canyons were so beautiful. The climb back out of the canyon was the most strenuous part. My Apple Watch shows a little over 7 miles total. Would definitely try another adventure with Paragon. Also even if it’s over 100 degrees don’t let the heat stop you. You’ll be cool in the canyons and walking through cool water.

I've been coming to Southern Utah since 2006 and have used Paragon adventures every single time because they are hands down the best! The staff are courteous, knowledgeable and keep safety a number one priority. I couldn't remember if a 5.10 climb was more difficult than a 5.8 this last trip. Some places would make you feel dumb for such a mistake, but the folks at Paragon lack this sort of superiority complex and just used it as a learning opportunity instead. Above all, they know southern Utah like the back of their hands, don't got alone out there and if you're going to be stupid, be fit!

Family Quest Tour. My 12 year old and 11 year old grandsons and my 74 year old self went on this tour. It included 4 rock climbs, 3 rappels and 1 zip line. From the time we arrived at the business office to gear up until we returned was 4 hours. When we got there, we were greeted by Hyram and Will who were to be our guides. A few minutes was taken up with signing waivers while the boys were getting fitted with the gear that they would need. (Hopefully, they may start having the waivers available on line in the future.). After I got my gear, we were taken to the site where we would be for the morning. It was a short hike from the parking lot to the first rappel site. We were given a choice of difficulty for the first rappel and we opted for the higher one. We were instructed on how they wanted us to do this. The hike to the site was 1/5 difficulty. After the rappel, we hiked to the other side of the canyon so that we could be in the shade of the cliff face. This was a 3-4/5 difficulty hike. They were very patient with the boys, letting them take their time as they climbed over the boulders and negotiated some of the more narrow portions of the trail. After another rappel. there were two rock climbs then a 3/5 hike to another location for a final rappel and two more climbs. It was a very short distance to the 600 ft zip line and then an easy hike back to the truck for the ride back. When bringing your water, you may choose to have it broken down so that you may chose to leave part of it in the truck for the end of the tour and not carry it with you for the entire duration.

The tour was stunning and the guides were outstanding. We were the only ones in the canyon. Picture perfect. And all the pic taken by our guides and given to us free. So much fun the trip in through the dunes atv. Would highly recommend this company. Be prepared for a bit of a drive to the site but so worth it. So much better than trips with mass crowds. Amazing slot. Thanks so much for accommodating us last minute.

What is the heights of the rappels on the intro to canyonneering?

The introduction to canyoneering takes place in a canyon that features 6 rappels with the longest being about 75 feet high.

We dont have a washer / dryer at our office (we are ok with staying dirty) but there is a laundramat across the street where you can clean things up.

Hiking, scrambling and comfort with heights would be necessary. our introduction to canyoneering program is a level 1 fitness level. here is our defination: Level 1: Slower paced program with less elevation gain and more options for guest with lower fitness levels. Strength: ability to climb an 8 foot ladder leaning against a house Aerobic: ability to walk up 3 flights of stairs Balance: ability to stand on one foot for 10 seconds.
