The drivers are always very friendly and helpful. This last trip was a little crowded, but I understand this is good for the company. This beats having to drive to Vegas park and drive back home. I think it a great that we have this service. Thank you St George Shuttle.

Executive is the way to go

I did a round trip shuttle from Vegas to St. George. The trip out we happened to get the executive shuttle and it was great. Very roomy and comfortable. Return trip we had to sit in the back of a regular shuttle. Not so good. My knee was jammed into the seat in front of me and the seatbelt was in my side. Uncomfortable but I managed.
Drivers were both great.

A nice quiet ride

Van was comfortable, arriving early at location designated. Water bottles offered. A quiet, smooth ride late at night. A pretty good value.

Horrible

On 5.20.23 I bought a shuttle ticket on line for my sister. According to the information on the website, it leaves St George at 6:00 am and arrives to Las Vegas at 7:10 am (we tried to book the one that leaves at 4;00 am but it was disabled on the website). My sister called the airline and asked if an hour and 10 min was enough to catch her 8:20 am plane on time. They said yes, as long as she had her boarding pass uploaded to her phone and not documenting luggage, and that was the case so we thought there was nothing to worry about. Turns out the driver stopped in Mesquite for a long time (close to 30 minutes), and my sister missed her flight, and she was stranded in Vegas with no money and having an anxiety attack for not being able to be home for my dad’s surgery. I had to borrow money and send it to her to be able buy another ticket. I’m not expecting any kind of compensation, even when this was a terrible blow to our finances. All I want is for Mr and Mrs Wade (the owners), to be aware of the horrible way their employees handled this. The manager Shawn told me that it was ok to file a complaint and showed no empathy or compassion, and some employee named Judy that is not even listed as a manager, said I was suggested by the agent that booked the ticket over the phone (she assured me she had listened to the conversation) to buy the 4 am ticket. I was speechless because she wasn’t even aware that I bought the ticket on line, that the 4 am shuttle was disabled on the website, and that I never spoke to an agent. I have given the heads up to all of my contacts in Social Media, posted reviews on Yelp, Trip Advisor, Facebook, Google, etc to make people aware of the lack of customer service, empathy and compassion towards customers. In the end we are the ones that pay for their salaries. DON’T USE THIS SERVICE AND IF YOU DO, EXPECT TO BE TREATED LIKE DIRT.

Great Ride

Love taking this shuttle. No stress of driving, just sit back and relax. They usually get to the destination sooner than expected. I do wish the seats reclined, but it's still decent ride. I would definately recommend St. George shuttle!

This service was highly recommended by my sister whom has use them a few times. Their website advertises that you would be picked up at 6 am and dropped off at the airport at 7:10 am. This was not the case, and I lost my flight. My sister and I called to complain and ask why they advertise a service they cannot provide and deceive the customers? They made up lies to cover for their false promises and even claim, they have suggested I took the 4 am shuttle. I never spoke to anyone since I made the reservation online and they don't have a 4 am shuttle. These people refuse to be held accountable, argued that a refund could not be made. "Judy" also stated that I have been put in the "no ride list" with their company and hung up on me. (The nerve) Needless to say, I had to purchase a new flight because I had to be at my dad's bedside due to surgery. Do not ride with this company. The amount or unhappy, angry customers keeps growing and they don't care to do anything to mitigate the problems they cause.

Don’t use their taxi service

Shuttle to Las Vegas is great but do not book taxi service . Paid for a taxi for my return trip from St. George to my home 10 minutes away . We were herded back onto the shuttle with 6 other people who also had booked individual taxis and took a 45 minute tour of the town to drop us off at everyones homes . The reason for booking a TAXI is that it’s a personal service tailored to the passenger . A 10 minute trip turned into a 45 minute one after traveling for 24 hrs this was not appreciated. As expected no comment from the St George Shuttle as to why we didn’t get our taxi . Will NOT be using them again .
