Very beautiful vineyard! Dog friendly.. during our visit, we saw quite a few couples with dogs. There's outside and inside seating which is nice. The wine was good. We didn't have a lot of time,and it was super hot, but I would live to return and sit and enjoy the vineyard!

Pollak is by far the best winery in Virginia. We had such a great experience there and the wines were all wonderful. The scenery is also beautiful.

Wine tastings were great. Did white and red. We were able to try the Pinot Grigio that has not been released yet and it was amazing!!!

A nearby winery suggested we stop at Pollak, saying it was a nice, small winery. It was very nice but certainly far from small. They have seating both inside and out with a large wraparound porch. Winetasting is available in flights, either white or red. They are $16 or $20 and include four samples and a glass. We split the two flights and enjoyed most of the wines. I didn’t care for the rosé and found it too acidic for my taste. We did love the Viognier and the Durant Red, a Bordeaux blend of Cabernet Franc, Merlot and Petit Verdot. The price per bottle ranges from $25-$40. The tasting room is fully accessible and very clean.

Pollak is certainly one of the more picturesque wineries that we visited. Just beautiful grounds and tasting room with wonderful outdoor seating. Once again, you could only get flights to taste rather than a more normal tasting. But the wines were very good and the venue was wonderful. The staff was very helpful and they did have packaged charcuterie and cheeses available to nosh on which we did. Recommended.

Quit, serene and beautiful setting. Amazingly large winery and grounds tucked away in the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains. Closely located to Crozet, VA , the Charlottesville VA area. Red wines are excellent.

We took advantage of the self guided tastings and got the red and white flights to taste. All of the wines were very good, but we preferred the reds. Ample outdoor seating was available with beautiful, relaxing views.

The wine here wasn’t our favorite but to each their own. We liked the relaxing atmosphere, friendly staff and gorgeous patio. Worth stopping in.

We've had great experiences here in past and I was apprehensive given the covid changes everywhere. This turned out to be one of the best experiences of this overall visit. I'd made a reservation and we were lucky enough to have a perfect, crisp fall day. Our granddaughter was able to run around the grounds and visit with dogs at nearby tables while we enjoyed our flights. Service was a little spotty but the weather drew everyone outside so it was frenzied. The wines are among the best in the area as far as we're concerned. Also love that (as was our case this visit) they accommodate bringing your lunch under the circumstances so we had delicious Greenwood sandwiches to enjoy with fantastic Pollack wines--this was the winner of the day!
