Had a wonderful treatment from Brittany at the Tides Inn Spa. Very relaxing and felt great after it was over.

The spa was spotlessly clean; all staff in masks and distancing to the extent they could. Polite and helpful customer service. I had a fantastic experience in the treatment room. So zoned!!

The Tides Inn is advertised as a 5 star property. If this is to be continued the spa needs a serious update. The facility is very small and seems to be an afterthought put together in the basement of the inn. Our treatments were nice and the staff is professional and customer oriented; however, the appearance and size of the spa doesn't seem to coincide with a five star resort.

I've enjoyed the Tides Inn spa several times and am always happy when I get to go back. The spa meets all the needs for the soothing before and after whatever treatments you're having to let you settle in, enjoy and then keep that "spa brain" feel as you walk out. I've been able to get cozy and read a magazine in a comfy robe with spa beverages while waiting for my masseuse or technician. I've had several different services and always been pleased at the quality of the service and technician. (Also no unpleasant things that take away from the drifting away relaxation of a massage.) Afterwards, departure is unhurried and checkout is pleasant.

While we stayed at the Tides Inn, we took advantage of the spa. It definitely helped contribute to a relaxing weekend away.

Love this spa and location. The hot stone massage was very relaxing and the view is excellent. The Spa is beautifully appointed.
