We’ve done all the rooms here, and they are all great!! We went back and did their latest room, Refuge. It was fun and had a lot of puzzles we had never seen before. The game masters were friendly and helpful. We would strongly recommend all the rooms here!

We did this with our two younger children (10 & 7). We had a good time. It helped that we had another family with us who was experienced in escape room puzzles which helped to make it fun and not frustrating. My 7 year old was probably a little young for this but he still enjoyed the experience. Would definitely do this again.

We have participated in three adventures at the Exit Plan. All have been wonderful. The employees are always friendly and helpful.
The most recent trip was to do the time travel game. We just bearly got out in time.
We look forward to returning again soon.
Word of advice- be willing to take clues, you need them!

If your not claustrophobic, it is an exciting 1hr + fun time.
The clues at first seemed impossible, but working together and including everyone and listening to everyone's ideas, enabled us to solve the riddle with a big 1 second to spare.
How to improve the game: better directions, we wasted time at first prioritizing our efforts.
Some of the props need freshening....very difficult to read markings several markings on the walls and other tools...they were rubbed off.
Good clues when needed.
We will repeat...a wonderful family experience!

Our family of six, wanted to do different as a family to kick off the Christmas holiday. It was fun, we worked as a team. Had loads of laughs All could participate GM from age 8 to 65. We solved with 7 minutes to spare. Great Fun!

It was our first time in an escape room but will not be our last. It was so amazing, crazy intricate detail to every room and very helpful staff! If you are into serial killer movies this is your room!

I did the SERIAL escape room with my brothers, my dad, and some friends as part of a Birthday Weekend and its was the highlight of the weekend hands down. Several of the people in the group said they had been to other escape rooms but that this one was by far the best. Everything was well done from the staff to the room designs. Riddles were creative, theme was fresh, and complexity was all there. This escape room lived up to its 9 out of 10 difficulty. We have some people that were excellent at riddles on the team and we still finished with just 8 seconds to spare! Highly recommend it was definitely an experience I will never forget.

We did the Matter of Time room last weekend, and loved it! Very creative, diverse, and technically advanced puzzles and clues. It’s the 4th escape room I’ve done, and this was my favorite partly because each step was so different and unique from the last. Really enjoyed—highly recommend.

We went to celebrate my daughter's birthday. Seven of us went to do "Safe House." We were all greeted upon entry and the rules were explained. Our reservation was honored on time. We received hints when needed. We were able to accomplish the task at hand in 40 minutes. Everyone enjoyed the puzzles, locks, and challenges to solve the mission. Would do it again.

Took my family to "Escape from Santa's Workshop." Fun, quick (45 min) activity that would have been entertaining for any age. Some clues were very simple so that a child could participate. Others took a little thinking. This was not as interesting or challenging as our other experiences there, but very appropriate for the season and a multi-age group. We will return to do more challenging rooms
