Unless you enjoy wrist slaps from a stressed out Hostess, long lines, under-staffed & over priced self-service, plastic cups and apparent arrogance...don’t bother! So many other wonderful wineries in the area to relax & enjoy...this place is a waste of time & money!

The staff was extreamly friendly and welcoming. We had Poler Express Wine Pairings. The little bites were delicious and really changed the flavor of the wine. Overall, the wine was alright and a bit on the sweet side. However, the little bites made the whole trip worth it. It made me think of some new pairings to bring back for Christmas. Although we didnt try, they are now offering a chocolate and wine pairing. My favorite wine was the raspberry merlot and dark chocolate pairing which was our 4th pairing in our Poler Express tasting box. Overall, the trip is worth the whole experience.

Enjoyed this winery very much. RSVP required but we were late and they were still able to take us. Staff friendly, outside distanced seating, fire pits available, good wine, food bite/cheese pairing, and monthly themed. Highly recommend a visit for sampling.

This vineyard is trying hard to adjust to Covid-19 times, and we felt safe visiting. The tasting tray comes with plastic cups, of course, and a sheet with tasting notes. Unusually, this winery offers tiny, but carefully composed bites to nibble on with each cup. It is a nice concept.
Unfortunately, all the wines I tasted were light-bodied and lacking in complexity and texture.
There is ample seating available outside. The surroundings are pleasantly verdant but rather undramatic.
The service staff was delightful.

Fabbioli Cellars offered beautiful scenery and a nice flight of wines. Stick to your reservation time because they are serious about disinfecting and maintaining social distance during your experience. The family area is separate from the 21 and over which provides a good experience for all.

The wife and I love this place! The rolling hills are beautiful and the landscaping is done well here. There is outdoor seating and 2 floors where you can hang out after a tasting.
The wines are fine (its Virginia, not Napa) and while I do wish they poured more during the tasting, their innovative food pairings is what keeps us coming back. The staff has always been very friendly and accommodating of our large groups.
Everything is on the pricier side but we always enjoy ourselves here. I suggest bringing some games to play with friends and buy a bottle or two and relax!
They had a pop up patisserie this weekend which had some great desserts. Every month they change it up so you never have the exact same thing twice.
Their raspberry wine is still our favorite!!

We’ve been to this winery several times now with friends and family. Tastings are particularly fun and include simple food sample pairings which demonstrate how different wine/food combinations affect the taste palate. Tastings often have some theme related to cultural or social happenings (e.g. we were there for a Dr. No themed tasting). There are also comfortable seating airs to enjoy a bottle of wine upstairs or outside close to the vines.

So I am a regular at Fabbioli's and now have been a wine club member for a full year. I was there to do my monthly tasting and also to pick up my wine for the quarter. I arrived right as they opened on Sunday and had the place to myself for my entire 20 minute tasting. I got to have Brian as my server and we chatted like old friends (we have done several tastings together). I let him got through his normal spiel as I tasted the wines and bites with chatting in between. They had one new release on the tasting menu as well as several tried and true selections. I really enjoyed the Ladies Man cider and surprisingly the Barbera, even though I am not a red person. This did help with my wine selections though as the Barbera was on of the Doug's Picks. It was a lovely time and I look forward to Beauty and the Beast tastings for next month.

Driving through the area and stopped by on an early Friday afternoon in December. We were the only customers for most of our visit and warmly greeted by Brian who explained the setup for the tasting. Pay up front at register, $15 for 7 wine tastes and 6 small bites paired. Brian was great, explained each wine and offered some pairing ideas and how it would pair with the bite we were having. Whole tasting took about 15-20 minutes and afterwards we were presented with options to taste additional wines for a cost or purchase a bottle/glass and snacks to enjoy if we choose. We chose to get a bottle of Perry (pear cider style wine) and a brie trio w/jams, honey, and a warm baguette. Everything came out quick and wonderful and we chose a nice seat on the second floor overlooking vineyards and the Christmas tree. Enjoyable stop and will consider stopping by in the future for another tasting (which we were told changes and if wines happen to repeat, the small bite would be different) or snacks.

We went here on a recommendation on their food and wine pairings. While those pairings were very well chosen, the experience was very rushed. We tasted and ate 8 wine in 8 minutes. There was very little time to savor the wines nor food. The wines were mediocre, however the food pairings elevated the wine selection and experience. We did get a cheese plate to share after the tasting which was enjoyable. Would recommend if in a rush and ok with being moved along.
