De gemeenschap van de hara krisna heeft dit kasteel een hele tijd geleden gekocht en mooi gerenoveerd binnen. Je kan een rondleiding in Nederlands krijgen. Wel opletten met sluitingsuur tussen 14 en 15:30

The castle Petite Somme has a long history. However these days it belongs to the Hare Krishna community members who spend lots of effort in persevering the state of this monument and turned it into the temple.
Inside tour is possible, people are nice and friendly. There is a restaurant, a retreat center, bakery and museums around this castle.

En raisons d'un événement (? Rien de visible pourtant), seul le rez-de-chaussée etait accessible. Nous nous y sommes pas attardé, nous avons fait un tour dans les jardins, le potager et un petit achat dans le magasin et la boulangerie. accueil sympathique malgré tout. Dommage, cependant tant de route pour si peu.

Op de folder wordt enkel sprookjesachtig kasteel vermeld, niet dat he kasteel bewoond wordt door H Krishna people. Vredig volkje maar spijtig dat de authenticiteit van dit mooie kasteel hierdoor verloren gaat.

デルビュイから、シャルドヌーに向かう途中、森の中を走っていると、お城が見えてきたので行ってみると、外観は普通の城ですが、中はインド風の絵が飾ってあったり、近くの店の販売物もインド風でした。
各国語でガイドツアーがあるようでしたが、参加しませんでした。

I found this place very peaceful. It's really well taken care of. The restaurant is called "Govinda", in hommage of Krishna. "Go" means "cow". "Vinda" means "finder". Krishna was a "finder of cows", a cowherd, when he was young. The food in that restaurant is not only fully vegetarian, it's also very tasty. I really recommend you everything they serve. The boutique is also very good. You need to try!

We came here for a weekend and found this to be a amazingly peaceful location. Whilst there is a museum and castle to explore, simply being in the grounds is enough for your worries to drift away.
Friends had stayed on site but found the accommodation a bit basic. We stayed in Durbuy which is a 10 minute drive and is as equally charming.
Yoga and other retreat offers are available if you book ahead.

We waren hier al eens eerder in 2008 en op onze doorreis in de streek hebben we dit kasteel opnieuw bezocht. Het showgehalte is nog steeds OK, maar wel minder verrassend dan tijdens ons eerste bezoek
