Fantastic service. Delivery of kit to the chalet was in the late evening because of travel delays. Great communication throughout. Kit first class, some brand new. Ski edges sharp. Careful professional boot fitting. Nothing too much trouble. My daughter’s boot started to rub on day 2. Someone (Marcus) came up to the chalet with a replacement the same night. Collection and return simple. Best ever ski hire experience. Will use next year. Also good value compared to other companies

A fantastic rental experience for a great price! We were a group of 8 who rented with White Storm Meribel and the team came to fit us in our chalet and picked up the gear on departure. We also had one snowboard and one pair of skis that needed a tune up and these were also picked up and returned within a few hours. Big shoutout to Harry for all the help! Would definitely rent from White Storm again.

Excellent service and lovely helpful staff. We are offered great skis and given the opportunity to upgrade or change if we wanted to.

Highly recommended - used them last year for a week and were very well taken care of. The brought the skis to us on our day of arrival and collected them from the hotel after we left. Not having to treck somewhere to get our skis fitted was very convenient. Equipment was good and the member of staff doing the fitting knowledgeable and friendly. Going back to Meribel this year and will be renting from them again.

Amazing service 100% reliable, skis and equipment delivered to our chalet. All equipment was amazing condition and when we needed changes due to fitting issues they were always on hand to get things sorted ASAP so nothing interferes with our holiday. Will definitely be using this company again.

My husband had to change his boots a couple of times, not attributed to the fitting service but his dodgy feet. Staff were very skilled and patient.
