As far as we can see, you experienced a lack of communication in a Piou-Piou Club while leaving your 4-year-old kid there. Sorry for this. Certainly, it was not done on purpose. Our staff is always there to chat with parents and to give them all the necessary information. You are totally right - first skiing days could be sometimes a bit challenging. Especially for little kids. They need some time to get used to: new surroundings, new people, new activity… So quite understandable if there are some little tears at the beginning. But please believe us that we always do our best to reassure and console children. Good remark for rhymes in French, thank you. As kids have some breaks during a lesson, we should pay more attention to our little foreign clients and try to enrich our repertoire with songs and rhymes in other languages to vary. Thank you a lot for sharing the experience that your elder son had. Indeed, such kind of issues should never happen. Very strange that nobody could get in touch with the instructor in question as we have phone numbers of all the instructors and know exactly what group they have. Did you pass by one of our offices? Do you know by any chance how the instructor and your son finally met? How this person managed to find the instructor?
