What a great few hours this was. My daughter was busting to do some horse riding and these guys couldn’t have been more accommodating. Beautiful stables with many many animals.
Pedro and helper, were both amazing with us, even with their limited English and our even more limited Spanish. Absolutely amazing adventure. We would definitely recommend.

Wonderful ride throughout Coín, 100% recommend

We did the medium levelled ride and it was beautiful scenery! Despite the rain we still really enjoyed it and would definitely recommended it. We found the horses very enjoyable and fun especially as we all have riding experience and we’re grateful Kalle took photos of us. The horses are well looked after and very loved and we 100% recommend it and will be going again next year.

A Superb Spanish Equestrian Experience Awaits at Ride in Spain

Our 10-year-old daughter regularly visits Ride in Spain - Horse Treks in Andalusia. Her time there includes training in the sand arena and treks out in the nature-rich surrounding Andalucian countryside with co-owner Pedro.

Pedro is a gifted and knowledgeable horseman and an excellent equestrian teacher. He is patient with our daughter and gently encourages her to develop her Spanish speaking and listening skills while having fun and valuable equestrian experiences. Each session feels unique, and Perdro’s love and appreciation of nature and animals shine through.

The horses are well cared for, and the location is excellent - situated in the foothills of the Mijas mountains. There are excellent road links to the traditional Spanish town of Coin (just a five-minute drive away), Alhaurin El Grande (a ten-minute drive away) and 35 minutes to Malaga, Marbella, Fuengirola and Mijas.

If you’re looking for an authentic traditional Spanish equestrian experience in stunning surroundings, I encourage you to visit Ride In Spain.

Wir hatten einen unfassbar schönen Abend mit Kalle und den Pferden in traumhafter Landschaft und abwechslungsreichen Ein- und Ausblicken. Es ging über Stock und Stein, durch Wald und Wiesen mit vielen Information zur Gegend und den Pflanzen. Vorallem wurde auch super auf unsere teils fehlende Reiterfahrung eingegangen und die erfahrenen Mädels durften danach noch ne schnelle Runde über den Reitplatz.

Amazing, just amazing! Kalle is the real deal: a true cowboy, great guide and story teller, and his love for his horses and the nature around him is contagious. You get more than a horseback ride, you get a taste of real Spain. Trails are amazing, horses are beautiful, and Kalle and Pedro are wonderful hosts.
My 10 year old had such a wonderful first experience that he can’t wait to go back, and neither can I!
Don’t miss this chance to make your trip to Spain complete!

Amazing fun horseback ride! Recommend 10/10

Amazing experience here with the family. Never been on a horse so this was definitely a bit exciting, but they took great care of us and after instructions we went on our way through the countryside and offrode. Never had I thought horse riding would be this fun and had a real blast while learning on the go! Afterwards I was kinda left wondering if other similar organizations would be just as great and would make the experience just as awesome since I had no experience whatsoever. Would definitely recommend and if I am around I will definitely come back to ride here again! Thanks for the amazing experience - John

Mensen die met hart en ziel doen wat ze doen, dat is Kalle en zijn collega’s.
Onze dochter was onzeker waarop ze instant beslisten dat iemand zou wandelen met haar paard.
Je komt op plekken ver van toerisme.
Het was heerlijk, een prachtige ervaring rijker!

Had a wonderful day with Kalle and his horses in the beautiful nature of Coin. The horses were friendly and well kept after. Kalle as a guide was great and took wonderful pictures.
