I made an error when booking online. I phoned first thing the next day, the morning of the booking, wishing to change the time slot to an hour earlier. Even though there was plenty of availability for the time slot I wished to change to, I was told this couldn’t be done. I was, of course, welcome to pay again for the time slot I wanted. I was also told I was ‘welcome to read the terms and conditions’. When I asked to speak to a manager, I was put back on hold for over an hour and then hung up on.

Unsatisfactory and unfair outcome, I had booked to take my daughter and her 3 friends to this venue for her 10th birthday however due to the extreme heatwave on Saturday (09/12/23) the temperature was predicted to be 44 degrees at Penrith.
We live 1.5 hours from this venue.
Early Saturday morning I tried to contact the venue via phone and email and got no response until today from Courtney telling me their office hours are Monday to Friday. But they operate 7 days a week???
We decided Saturday to follow NSW health guidelines and stayed (home)indoors.
This company have not been helpful they won’t let us rebook unless we pay again the full amount $260, with the cost of living we can not afford to repay, my daughter is so upset.
I think this company is been very unreasonable and very unfair.
I was not asking for refund I just requested to reschedule due to extreme weather conditions.Never again.
Very poor customer service.

It was WAY too slippery and slimy. me and my dad went and it was really hard to walk on.
We don’t advise it!!
The water was pretty grose-full off slimy weeds and teenagers pee!

Went with grandchildren who were excited about the course. It was amazing how much fun they had in the 50 minute session.
They also enjoyed the jumping pillow and basketball area.
Pricing is exceptional value

We visited with our teenage family, and they had an absolute blast on the cables! Every single staff member was very friendly and caring, took the time to remember what level everyone was up to and how much they were enjoying themselves. They were also great with teaching beginners the basics, as well as helping with tips along the way. There are plenty of jumps for the more advanced riders to navigate as well. There are two separate lakes - one with a cables rotating clock-wise, one anti-clock-wise, one for beginners and one for the more advanced. The only reason I rated it 4 and not 5 was the aqua park - a bit old and deflated, piegon poo everywhere, moss, algae etc. Would be better off paying for 2 hours on the cables than wasting it on the aqua park. (Yes 2 hours is plenty!) Overall, the cables were a whole lot of fun, and the staff made it really simple and enjoyable, just dont bother with the aqua park. But will definitely visit again for the wakeboarding, kneeboarding and single skis!

The staff in the park was so helpful and super nice. They encouraged and gave good advice and tips for first timer.

I took my daughter and one of her friends out here today. Initially, I was just going to sit in the shade while they got in the water, but changed my mind at the last minute to end up joining in. The Aqua Park (inflatable slides and obstacles) is awesome!!!!!! It's tougher than you think, but so much more fun than you imagine too. We only did 1 x 50min session each, being our first time there. Next time, we'll go the whole day!

We took our 4 daughters to the inflatable water park. They had a blast and would have stayed longer if we had time. We did the double session, which was 2x 50 minute time slots. Great value for money..was a brilliant day out.

Haven’t been to the cable ski for 30 years and it is just as good now as it was then. I had never wake boarded before and the staff had me up on my first attempt and getting around the gates on my third go. The kids had a ball knee boarding and in the waterpark. It isn’t cheap but all the gear is supplied and the staff give you as much help as possible. Haven’t been this sore in years, that’s a good thing. Thank you to all the staff, you were great!!!

Hi there, just wondering what proof of age is required for Cables Wake Park? My son wants to have his 10th bday party there, and I'd like to know if they ask for proof of age. If so what ID is required? Thanks, Shannon

Hi Lisa the jumping pillow is free to use but I am not sure if you can just walk in there to play.We went there twice because my kids did the aqua park adventure and they are free to use the pillow too.
