Great atmosphere, great service, good vibes all around. The beer is fantastic, with something for everyone’s taste. The water bowls are clean and the water is crisp. Icicle Brewing is more that dog-friendly, they are dog family.

I had a flight and every beer was quite tasty. The space is great and the staff are very friendly. Definitely recommend and now a brewery I’ll have to find locally.

Not sure how this place stays in business. Worst service I have ever experienced. Food was below average and beer was in need of a total overhaul. 6 people ordered 6 different beers and they all seemed as if they were still in the experimental stage. We each had a couple sips of their beer and then walked out.. Food was cold and tasteless.. The only good thing this place provided was a source of jokes for the rest of our trip.

Good Beer and atmosphere

We visited on Christmas Eve, and everywhere in Leavenworth was packed. When we entered the brewery, there was a really long line going to the bar on the main level. Luckily, we went downstairs and the bar there was practically empty. We were happy to find that even though we expected the town to be really busy, we were able to sit an enjoy our food and beer. My husband liked sampling the beer, but my favorite was the root beer that is brewed on site. Overall, we really enjoyed our time here. The bar tender was great even though she was busy doing to-go orders for the holidays.

Great Choice of Beers

My wife and I enjoyed our visit to Leavenworth looking around the shops and buildings with its German influence. We needed a rest and found IBC to enjoy some cold beers sitting at an outside table people watching. There was quite a selection of beers and the server helped me decide which would be best, ABV etc. The choice was good and the beer chosen was excellent. The servers/staff were more reactive than proactive but assisted if you asked, maybe that's just how they are in Leavenworth? We enjoyed relaxing and moved on with our road trip to our next destination.

Poor hospitality

Walked in because of the great reviews and was a bit confused because all I could see was a bar serving beer and tables. No host. Waited around trying to figure out how to order food. Sat in a table, thinking maybe a waiter would come. Nothing. Walked downstairs and approached the bar to ask the bartender how to order food. He was incredibly rude to me in a "I'm a Millennial, what's wrong with you?" way. Sorry, I'm not accustomed to this type of restaurant and I'm not from Leavenworth, nor Washington. I just expect a basic level of politeness from people working in a highly rated restaurant and didn't get that. Needless to say, we walked out because we didn't want to be treated that way.

Good beer, fun atmosphere

My partner and I stopped here for some drinks before heading for dinner and we were very please. We started with a pint each and a pretzel and then decided to each have a tasting flight as well. The beers were all very good and the pretzel was delicious! There was ample seating with heaters and a nice fireplace area outside that made for a cozy atmosphere! 10/10 would recommend!

Great stop for light lunch.. Sat outside by the fire.. didn't try any of the beers etc but recommend the food.. had a grilled cheese sandwich with tomato/basil soup 😋.. hubby had the chilli with sandwich..
