I was looking forward to a relaxing spa visit today. However, the noise level was anything but relaxing. Despite the many signs that ask for people to either be silent or whisper out of consideration for others, there were groups of people laughing and talking loudly in the pool and spa area. Unfortunately the staff is unable to enforce their policy. I hope that the next time I go it is quiet and that people will be respectful of others' desire for a relaxing experience.

I wanted to love this place. I never write poor reviews like this but I felt this one is necessary. The rooms are amazing the pool is amazing-- the services & customer service are horrible. First to make an appointment you have to call and no one ever answers you have to leave a message. The call back takes several days. Their systems are antiquated and they are always under staffed. EVERY time I've gone they have messed up my services at 3 separate times. the wrong service, the wrong time or someone is out sick and because there is not another service available you are forced to pay the day pass fee $48. There is no one to talk to, reception is defensive/rude on the daily. The massage was really not good. Both my friend and I felt it was one of the worst. The therapist did my back and not my front. It was a joke.

This was my first time at this spa and I wish I lived closer! My experience was by and far the best spa experience I've ever had. The women's only concept makes this place infinitely more relaxing. I could spend all day going between the different sauna rooms. Will definitely plan to come back as regularly as possible.

It was all so relaxing an wonderful. All the different rooms. The mugwort tea bath was amazing as well. I prefer this one over the one in Tacoma (although both are great!). This one is definitely larger though.

I save up for this special treat to my body. Enjoying it with a sister-buddy is fun and enjoyable having their lunch afterwards casually lounging in our robes. Every Korean body scrubber has always done great consistent jobs. Very sweet ladies. I'm so glad they have reopened! My nice soft skin is a great reward!

This was a fantastic day with girlfriends, never experienced anything quite like it! The scrub was outstanding, the rooms (salt, sand, tile, charcoal, mud and jade, cabin and cool) were so fun and therapeutic. The body scrub is a MUST! They have nice lotions for after if you don’t want the add-on moisturing treatments, but those are incredible, too.
Wish I had gotten there earlier for my scrub, like 2 hours. You have to soak for an hour before your scrub.
Bring a water bottle!
Bring a book/magazine. You can read in the pools or while relaxing in the waiting area (they have electric foot/back massagers!)
Give yourself an hour for the yummy cafe, don’t rush in between treatments.
Lastly, be flexible! Our 3:00 appts were actually 3:30 because a staff member called in sick..good thing we didn’t have to rush out.
You will be soooooo relaxed afterwards, plan on eating in and getting in your jammies early!

I have to admit I have not been to any other Korean spa, so I can't compare it to any place else. I love this place and plan many solo trips that turn into a girl's weekend once my friends find out. You can be in there from 9 am until 9 pm. There is really no reason to leave since they have a full restaurant and places to nap, read, and relax. I love it and so do my friends and family. We love the Naked Ladies Spa!

I cannot tell you how much I enjoy an entire day at this place for $40 day pass that gives you all day and into the evening of luxuriating in the pools, use of the steam and hot saunas, and relaxing in the multiple therapeutic heat and chill rooms. It used to cost $30 at the mothership in Tacoma, when I started going almost 20 years ago.
I take a book and go into the reading room for a time out from the pools and salt and charcoal rooms.
I love the restaurant with Korean fare.
The Tacoma site is quieter and just as relaxing. The purpose of the spa is to relax. At the Lynwood site it can get busy and the ladies come up to the with a "quiet" sign frequently and show it to anyone or group that is talking above whispers.
The only noise you usually hear is when someone goes from the sauna into the cold waterfall pool.
The salt and moisturing scrubs and massages are extra but at a price competitive with other businesses. Reserve these services in advance because they book up.

I was nervous about the nudity, but really needn't have been. It's clothed everywhere except the soaking/scrub area and every woman is not wanting to engage others so we all look down until we get covered in water then we raise our eyes! Everyone is so respectful of each other - it's women treating each other as we always should! As respected comrades! The scrub was absolutely the best experience I've ever had at a spa. They know just when to stop before it really starts to hurt and then they splash hot water on you and the sting hurts SO GOOD. I literally dream about this scrub experience. It's THAT good. The restaurant is amazing, the food was so good that I stayed longer so I could eat there again. I also had a facial that was very relaxing and left my skin feeling amazing. I would recommend this spa to anyone, anywhere, and I do! I live near the Canadian border and Olympus is absolutely worth the trip! I can't wait to go back!

Never even got a chance to make a visit and there would have been 3 of us.
Tried to make a call for some more information about their services and hung up on me and the moment I tried to call again they sent me to voice message. Looks like a nice place if they care enough to actually set up an appointment for you and answer your call. Also, why would I leave voice message when the first time they answered and hung up? Nope.

Olympus Spa in Lynnwood is for females only. They did a company survey 2-3 years ago to check interest for a mixed use facility but I don't know if it was instituted in another location or not. I would like to find a good place for a couples package too if you come across one.
