We did an E Bike Tour with our team and had such an amazing time! Anna and Matt (our tour guides) were well prepared and ensured our team was always taken care of. From epic views to great food and drink, you won't be disappointed.

Luke Talbott the owner of this company discriminates against those with medical conditions. He has no regard for State and Federal Law and thinks that his company guidelines take precedent over LAW. When approached on this and asked to speak about it via phone cordially he told me he didn't have time to talk to me. His team illegally asked for information and his reason behind the ask was in case other parents or campers asked. When I provided him legal documentation and the WA RCW showing documentation was not needed from me, he cancelled my son's registration for camp and told me it was because I didn't provide him information. I have worked with many companies who have compassion for others and I have been able to help educate them on the matter. Luke would not even grant me the courtesy to speak to me on the phone and instead said it didn't matter what information I provided my son's exemption would NOT be honored. I don't typically give bad reviews but when you blatantly discriminate and lack standard customer service I will share that. Know better, do better Compass.

Our company wanted an online holiday-themed event. I had previously attended an in-person event run by Compass and had a lot of fun, so I contacted them. Thomas did a great job walking me through all the options and running a really fun @Home Holiday Scavenger Hunt. Thank you Compass!

Jennifer and Mary were exceptional guides for our work outing and able to accommodate us last minute when our other plans fell through on our work retreat. The itinerary they planned was a great, low key group activity for a large group of all abilities/comfort levels outdoors.

Found out about Compass through local Seattle mountain bike shop evo. This crew is awesome! Had 10 of us out at Duthie for a team bonding work event and Compass couldn't have made things easier. Dropped off the bikes on time, they were fully setup for us and ready to ride and they brought all the need accessories (pedals, helmets, gloves, pads and even a pack with tools for just in case). John took the time to go over all the features of the bikes and even handed out some pointers to the newbies in the group. This was way easier than trying to figure out how to shuttle bikes around and deal with things on your own. Just signup, show up and ride!
Would highly recommend to anyone looking to get out with a big crew that needs equipment or if you are just looking to test out some bikes.

I was thoroughly impressed with their logistics and sourcing for a mutli-day, multi-activity,100+ person event run through my work's event staff. It takes a lot of work to make something that complicated seem so easy.

Not the cheapest rental around, but quality bikes and great staff. They will even deliver and/or pick up your rental from the trailhead! There are a few options in the area there.

Made a reservation to ride an Evil Insurgent at Tiger Mountain. When I arrived, the bike was totally dialed and included a premium TLD helmet. As expected, Luke has a top-notch staff; John and Kyle were super helpful. The shop itself is also rad. Great place for a beer after a ride! If you're in the area, I highly recommend Compass!

We were visiting from Chicago and our active family needed something to do in the afternoon. We rented 5 bikes from Compass for 3 hours and rode them up to Rattlesnake lake to swim. The uphill was a little hard for my youngest (age 11), but he made it all the way and we had a memorable afternoon together. The bikes were in good shape and the crew at Compass were knowledgable and friendly getting us set up and on our way. I only wish we could have stayed longer at the lake but had to be back for the 5pm close. Bring a backpack with towels and snacks for the lake and water bottles. Most of our bikes had water bottle holders.
