the walk is paved, so that is great. There are lots of unexpected placards and points of interest along the trail. It was close to our hotel, too!

Restrooms at main parking lot. Some picnic tables and benches along the way. The trail wanders up and down behind businesses, through the woods, over streams, on boardwalk, behind farms, past blackberry bushes and apple trees. Mostly flat with a few hills. Narrow and wide, paved and gravel. Some street crossings.

I walk here often, in all kinds of weather and love the trail system. It's a gorgeous gift to the Kitsap area. However---It was 1:15 on a brilliant, sunny afternoon, the parking lot was nearly full--people everywhere. The thieves were parked, waiting for a car on either side of them, to park and leave for a walk or with their dogs. As soon as there was a car on either side, one hit the drivers' window , the other one hit the passenger side on the car next to them. Two cars got vandalized and robbed. I was about 5 min. from my car when the first call came in from Visa-- in Gig Harbor. So they were flying! Sheriff came through about 10 minutes later. Same thing occurred there about three months ago. Clear Creek trail head has NO surveillance and is known for break-ins---

Clear Creek Trail really is one of the best trails to go bike riding, running or walking. It's easy to navigate around, pretty big and has beautiful surroundings. It's a great place to go for a walk and a picnic. I highly recommend it!

Good dog park along path. Friendly people, nice trees and well maintained wslkway. Part of path near the freeway then veers off. Only walked about 1 mile. Much more to explore.

Well maintained, many paths to choose from. You can't go wrong if you park in one of the many areas to start from, or just pickup a random spot in town next to a trail.

Beautifully constructed and maintained trails through thoughtfully protected wetlands. This is a great place for children to ride bikes/scooters, runners, walkers, bird watchers, picnickers and even wheelchair users. There are multiple access points with parking. If I worked in Silverdale, I would visit this community asset frequently.

The park has both black top and dirt trails. Areas for the dogs to run around or walk them on leashes through the park.

Found some painted rocks, and read some history signs. Walked and relaxed after dinner and got to watch some kids play at the waters edge. Just what the doctor ordered.
